The Salem Summer Concert Series will present Aftermath at 6 p.m. Sunday at Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem. Aftermath recreates the sights and sounds of the 1960s featuring authentic reproductions of some of the most memorable songs from the decade. During the show, audiences will relive the '60s, listening to British Invasion, 60s Pop, Psychedelic and "Everything Groovy," from the Beatles, Byrds and 'Stones to the Monkees, Grass Roots, Turtles and Strawberry Alarm Clock. Admission is free. Jim's Roadhouse Burgers and Beef will be serving sandwiches and sides, while Totally 80's Ice Ice Cream Shoppe will be available for dessert. Tickets will be sold for 50/50 drawings and for prizes donated by local businesses and by friends of the concert series. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. Parking is available at the park's Sunset Boulevard entrance, or the Superior Avenue entrance, with limited handicap accessible parking.
