The Winona Ruritan Club held its semi-annual gun raffle for a “Henry Made in America Big Boy Rifle, in the new.360 Cal. Buckhammer (for popular white tail deer hunting). The winning ticket belongs to Andrew King, left, grandson of club member Bobby King. Andrew earned his bachelor degree in law enforcement from Waynesburg University. He then enrolled in the Columbus Police Academy in Columbus, Ohio, and is currently an officer in the Columbus Police Department. King is shown with Drew Wartluft, manager of Runzo’s Outdoor Sports.
