Hanoverton Community Corn Roast set for Saturday
The annual Hanoverton Community Corn Roast will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the new Hanoverton Fire Department on Chestnut Lane. The event was started in 2014 by the late former Hanoverton Mayor Dan Kibler. Following his death, the organizing committee chose to continue the tradition as a way to serve and connect with the community. The Corn Roast provides a free meal for area residents and is made possible through the generous support of local businesses and donations from attendees. Residents are invited to gather for food, fellowship and community spirit at this annual event.
