Kim Chapman, PER, CSG Chairman, presented Chief Brandon Smith of the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department with a $1,000 check to purchase a new AED. This will allow all vehicles to be equipped with a unit, allowing first responders to administer life saving actions as soon as possible. The Community Service Grant is offered through the Ohio Elks Association which only offers four grants per district.
