November South Range school board meeting changed
The South Range school board meeting originally scheduled for Nov. 18 has been changed to 6 p.m. Nov. 11 at the K-12 campus.
Unity Grange to host soup and sandwich luncheon
At a recent meeting of Unity Grange, members voted to have a soup and sandwich luncheon on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., open to the public. Pie will also be available for dessert. There will also be a mini craft sale set up with crafts made by grange members.
Unity Grange members crochet baby hats for Mercy Hospital, and donate them to the hospital monthly. Members also made stockings to be filled and sent to service men. Pillow cases are also made by grange members to be given to Akron Children's Hospital. Hats and scarves are being made to be donated to the East Palestine Social Concern.
Pomona Grange will be held at Unity Grange on Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. with delegates to the Ohio State Grange Convention giving a report.

Moving and Grooving
Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
This Storytime is geared toward babies and toddlers. Come listen to fun books, sing songs, make a craft, and play. Older siblings are welcome to join in also.
Preschool Story Hour
Tuesdays at 11 a.m.
Sing songs, listen to stories, and make crafts. Stay and play after the program. Geared toward children ages 3-5, but younger and older siblings are welcome.
November Scavenger Hunt
Thanksgiving is coming, and nine Thanksgiving-related items are hiding around the library. Try to find all nine items and mark them on the scavenger hunt sheet. Bring completed sheet to the circulation desk for a treat and a chance to win the grand prize.
Scarf Program with Heidi OSU
Monday, Nov. 2, at 11 a.m.
Using lightweight scarves as a low-impact tool to improve flexibility, upper-body mobility, and hand-eye coordination. Registration and exercise release form required.
Adult Activity Hour
Tuesdays, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m.
Join for fun games. All adults are welcome. Share stories, learn new games, and make friends. Meet twice a month. Call to register.
Writers' Group
Saturday, Nov. 7, 2 p.m.
Join fellow writers to discuss topics such as writing, publishing and grammar. To receive constructive critiques, submit five pages a week in advance to dolly@lepperlibrary.org.
