SEBRING - Nicole Mathias' Success and Wellness class at Sebring's McKinley High School begins each school day by working on the school's "Trojan Pantry."

This year, the food pantry expanded its offerings with the additional support from The Second Harvest Food Bank, The United Way and the Sebring community. In addition to pantry staples, after-school snacks are now available on the shelves for students to enjoy before their extracurricular activities.

Mathias' students keep track of the pantry's inventory, place orders, stock shelves and deliver food items to classrooms.
