Banquet in Salem The Dine in or Drive Thru Banquet in Salem from 5 p.m. until the food is gone Monday at the Salem Memorial Building will be sponsored by the Friends of the Banquet. The menu will include fried chicken, diced potatoes with peppers and onions, corn, coleslaw, fresh vegetables and fruit, and pudding. Dog licenses application deadline extended to Feb. 4

LISBON — The last day to buy 2026 Columbiana County dog licenses has been extended through Wednesday, Feb. 4, due to weather conditions, without an added penalty of $12 per license. One-year license is $12, three-year license is $36 and permanent is $120. Keep in mind that multi-year licenses for any dogs that have the year 2026 on the license or later, they will not be listed on the applications and do not need renewed.
