Driver accused of fleeing pedestrian death faces felony charges
LISBON — The driver accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian and then fleeing the scene the evening of Feb. 4 on Bradshaw Avenue in East Liverpool is now facing felony charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide. Tracy C. Quimby, 34, Jackman Street, East Liverpool, was served Thursday with the secret indictment issued last month by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
