LISBON – A woman accused of making repeated unwanted phone calls to her former attorney appeared in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday.
Nicole Graef, 26, Rauch Road, East Palestine, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a felony charge of telephone harassment. Graef is accused of leaving 12 voicemail messages on a Connie Witt’s office phone on July 16 and July 17, after she was notified to stop. Additionally, a civil protection order was filed in common pleas court on July 18 to prevent Graef from stalking Witt.
Bond was set at $25,000 personal recognicance with specific orders she not be found in the City of Columbiana and must obey what has been spelled out in the civil protection order.
Jeremy A. Bender, 35, East Perry Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with 120 days served while sentenced to an additional 60 days in jail for domestic violence and assault. According to court documents, Bender injured his son on Feb. 23 and assaulted Van Kridler, a jail nursing supervisor at the county jail, on March 20.
William M. Alesi III, 29, last known address Liberty Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with five days in jail while sentenced to an additional 85 days for criminal trespassing and criminal damaging for vandalizing several apartments at Salem Acres, Prospect Street, Salem on Tuesday while he was highly intoxicated. He reportedly was also found sleeping on one of the front porches in the complex and refused to leave on June 1.
Matthew Faulkner, 21, state Route 14, East Palestine, was fined $250 and credited with three days served while sentenced to an additional 57 for theft for taking a vehicle on a test drive along with his brother and not returning. A restitution hearing was set for Sept. 26.
Joseph McIntosh, 25, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, was fined $80 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Courtney L. Troyer, 21, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was fined $500 and sentenced to three days in jail for failure to reinstate a license and hit skip.
Michael S. Roberts, 34, Scio, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for failure to reinstate his license.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court John Taylor, 42, Walnut Street, Salem, was fined $550, sentenced to 15 days in jail and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension, failure to reinstate his license and a traffic control device violation.
Ashley N. Peterson, 20, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for drug abuse for K2 Spice.
Santos D. Griffith, 56, West Third Street, Salem, was fined $250 for setting an illegal fire with $200 suspended provided he have no further violations in the next year. According to court documents, Griffith on Saturday was burning a couch and the coating off wires in his backyard.
Vincent J. Barrella, 84, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $100 and credited with nine days already served in jail for domestic violence for attempting to choke his wife and then biting her arm when she resisted.
Bryan L. Schriner, 19, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, was fined $80 for no license and failure to yield the right of way.
Marina N. Rouse, 24, Taylor Road, Negley, was fined $50 for no license and two head lights required.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, Jonathan J. Abbott, 26, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 28 days in jail and credited with two days served for assault. According to court documents, Abbott stabbed Allen N. Ameno behind Stadium GM on June 23.
Jarrod Blake Starkey, 21, Cannon Mills Road, Wellsville, was fined $955, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for 240 days and ordered to attend three days in a driving program for fictitious plates, seat belt violation, loud exhaust and OVI first offense amended from a second offense. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.
Christopher M. Felt, 21, Hutter Drive, Columbiana, was fined $300 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia and K2 spice possession.
Brandon A. Betz, 28, state Route 9, Kensington, was fined $150 and credited with three days served while ordered to serve two more for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. According to court documents, Betz on April 1 grabbed and squeezed his wife’s stomach while she was carrying a pregnancy at full term.
Cassidey A. Sandoe, 19, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 and credited with a day in jail served for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing food at his ex-girlfriend but striking another person with it when she ducked, then pulling a pocket knife and finally picking up a bicycle and throwing it at his younger brother.
Cathy McCarthy, 61, Hibbits Mill Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 and sentenced to one day in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking Steven Coil in the head with a bottle on March 25.
Zachary Peterson, 18, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia.
David Ontoniel Lopez Ajanel, East Third Street, Salem, was credited with two days served for disorderly conduct after police found him intoxicated and sleeping under a tree on the corner of North Ellsworth and East Seventh in Salem at 5:35 a.m. Sunday.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday Joseph M. Black, 22, 13th Street, Wellsville, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a drug abuse charge. According to court documents Blake on July 10 had more than 100 grams of crack cocaine in his pockets and scales when he was stopped by Wellsville police.
An Aug. 22 pretrial was set for Christopher B. Nalepa, 46, state Route 170, East Palestine, cited with weapons while intoxicated after he was found by deputies lying at the front door with his head sticking out the screen door reportedly with a .45-caliber casing next to the front door, a loaded handgun laying on the couch and a round he allegedly admitted to firing into the living room ceiling.
An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Kathryn L. Fisher, 32, Washington Avenue, Salem, cited with weapons while intoxicated for allegedly having two loaded handguns in her purse on Jan. 1, when she allegedly showed at least one gun during a fight at the Foxes Den in Salem.
Scott E. Ellis, 49, Oak Street, Salem, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control. A speeding citation was dismissed.
Eric R. Wolfe, 37, 10th Street extension, Wellsville, was fined $300, had his license suspended for six months, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for stop sign violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Christine E. Cooper, was fined $150, credited with one day served and required 25 hours community service for obstructing official business. According to court documents she refused to cooperate with a deputy assisting Eagle Rental with retrieving a living room suit from her home on June 21.
Jerry Jackson, 31, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 and credited with three days served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing a metal baking sheet with items on it at Jessica Wylie on June 1, then throwing the coffee pot and hitting her.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Karen S. Guappone, 47, Mardis Road, Kensington, was fined $750, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to both three days in jail and three days in a driving program for OVI first offense, two lights required and open container.
Craig F. Harn, 52, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in either jail or a driving program for OVI and speeding.
Joshua D. Crooms, 23, Water Street, Salineville, was fined $100 and sentenced to 27 additional days in jail with credit for three already served for disorderly conduct for ripping the telephone from the wall, throwing it and other electronic devices and yelling curses at his mother on Friday.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, Allen D. Culberson, 60, Cusick Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on an OVI felony charge.
James P. Poole, 30, Rose Avenue, Salem, was fined $400, credited with two days in jail served and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence, driving under suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and unsafe vehicle. According to court documents, Poole shoved his live-in girlfriend’s daughter in the face and caused her to hit her head on a cabinet in December. Additionally, he reported picked up their 5-year-old child and threw him to the floor in anger because of a broken game controller. One of the charges of domestic violence was dismissed.
Matthew S. Himm, 30, Fairfield, was fined $300 for driving under suspension and expired validation decal.
Anthony M. Gregory, 26, Mohican Trail, Negley, was fined $275, had his license suspended for 180 days and was credited with three days in jail served for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Adeana M. Hensley, 31, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was credited with one days served in jail while sentenced to two additional days, fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct. According to court documents, Hensley threatened a man from her porch on June 14, including yelling she would bury a screwdriver in his skull. An additional disorderly conduct citation was dismissed.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court this week, an Aug. 29 pretrial was set for Connor J. Perry, 19, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly scratching the phrase “Thanks for making a criminal out of a kid,” into the paint on the wall of a holding cell at the Columbiana County Municipal Court building on July 2. At the time, Perry reportedly had been taken into custody for allegedly attempting to falsify a urine drug screening test conducted by the probation department and was awaiting being transported to the county jail.
Steven D. Digman, 48, Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and a railroad crossing violation.
Evan J. Wooding, 26, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Charles Courtney, 28, South Broadway, Salem, was fined $400, had his license suspended for 190 days and credited with six days served in jail while sentenced with an additional three days for theft and marijuana possession. Courtney helped another man take some tractor wheel weights and scrap from the property of Larry Hippely and helping scrap them for $65.

According to other partiers, Smith had attacked a woman who was at the party and six months pregnant prior to their arrival and she had to be restrained by others at the party.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Robert L. Harmony, 45, East Fourth Street, Salem, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly slapping his wife, Christiane Harmony, in the face on June 30, two weeks after their wedding. Harmony reportedly has a prior domestic violence conviction.
Joseph R. Urgitus, 28, Vine Street, East Palestine, was fined $955, had his license suspended for six months, required 25 hours community service and sentenced to six days in jail for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
Lance M. Morris, 27, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $805, had his license suspended for six months, required 50 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
Pacheco Mauricio Lopez, 29, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $500 for no license.

Crank, 18, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and underage consumption for taking his grandfather’s pickup without permission on June 12, crashing and then drinking a bottle of vodka after the accident.
Kristina M. Sluter, 21, North Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in jail and required 25 hours community service for falsification. Court documents state Sluter falsely accused her ex-boyfriend of grabbing her by the throat at his home on June 23, then recanted her story on June 24.
Jennifer A. Hepfner, 19, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with six days served for theft for driving two men to a Franklin Avenue, Salem, address twice on April 29 knowing they intended to steal tractor wheel weights from that location and then drove them Quaker City Auto Parts where they sold the weights as scrap.
Julie Barnett, 46, Township Road, Irondale, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Christopher W. Short, 25, Canton, was fined $185 and required 50 hours community service for speeding, failure to display a valid sticker and failure to reinstate a license amended from driving under suspension.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, Jeremy R. Mollenkopf, 27, South Beaver Street, Lisbon, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the County Common Pleas Court grand jury on an abduction charge. Mollenkopf allegedly tied up his ex-girlfriend with white zip ties, placed tape over her mouth and pointed a gun at her while threatening to kill her and her daughter if she did not do what he said on June 28.
Alex Eugene Farnsworth, 20, Bates Street, East Liverpool, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he faces a theft charge for allegedly taking a wallet last October. Bond was set at $100,000. Additionally, Farnsworth was fined $300 and had his license suspended for six months for drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
A July 11 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for David E. Gromley, 30, Railroad Street, Kensington, charged with burglary and assault on Friday for allegedly going to the home of Daryl Kibler on Mardis Road, Kensington, and assaulting him. Court documents state Kibler went into his home to get away and Gromley kicked in the door to assault him a second time.
A felony receiving stolen property against Mary A. Johnson, 43, last known address Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was reduced to a misdemeanor receiving stolen property charge in a plea agreement. Johnson pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 50 days in jail, credited for 10 days served and fined $150. Johnson had taken her father’s guns from his home while he was at the Vista Center in Lisbon and sold them at Buckeye Firearms in May.
Heather Michelle Sundo, 39, Valley Road, Darlington, Pa., was fined $300 and had her license suspended for six months for possession of drugs and possession or use of a controlled substance for marijuana on Thursday.
A July 11 pretrial was set for Chealsea A. Cope, 35, Silliman Street, New Waterford, charged with theft, possession of drug abuse instrument and two counts of drug paraphernalia for allegedly buying snack food to distract the clerk at Vittle Village in New Waterford on Friday so a co-defendant, Michael Mayer, could take something from the store. Additionally, court documents allege Cope had aluminum foil in her purse which appeared to have been used to cook narcotics, an old straw with white powder residue inside and six used hypodermic syringes with 12 empty morphine containers in her home.
Nathan Courtney, 26, South Broadway, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with four days served in jail while sentenced to five additional days for theft. Court documents state Courtney assisted another man in removing $200 in tractor wheel weights and some scrap from the property of Larry Hippely on April 29. The items were taken to Quaker City Auto Parts and scrapped for $65.
Randy A. Wyand, 21, Merle Road, Salem, was fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Robert P. White, 34, Beaver Springfield Road, New Springfield, was fined $170 for assured clear distance and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Joshua J. Stahl, 27, Newberry, Fla., was fined $100 for criminal trespassing for returning to the Travelers Motel on June 21, a day after motel management had asked him not to return.
David B. Mackall, 43, Peace Valley Road, Rogers, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Maura N. Paliani, 22, Apache Lane, Columbiana, was fined $100 for no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.
Michael A. Cochran, 49, Sunset Drive, Lisbon, was fined $80 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to control.
Kevin E. Kirby, 38, Beaver Street, Lisbon, pleaded no contest to menacing and a sentencing hearing was set for July 15. Court documents state Kirby on Saturday was outside a Rose Drive apartment threatening to beat up four people inside and kill them.

MUNICIPAL COURT
LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday a July 11 preliminary hearing was set for Lee A. Webb, 53, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with having weapons while under a disability after he allegedly had a shotgun in a bedroom closet when a search warrant was served by the Columbiana County Drug Task Force on Tuesday.
Webb has a previous drug trafficking conviction in the county, which in turn makes possession of a firearm illegal for Webb.
During his hearing on Friday, Webb asked Frost for a lesser bond so he could make arrangements to move out of his apartment, which he said he was just in the process of moving into. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety, the amount requested by County Prosecutor Robert Herron.
Matthew R. McBride, 31, North Walnut Street, East Palestine, pleaded no contest to assault after reportedly pushing a child off a bicycle and causing the child to injure his left arm on Tuesday. Court documents state the child rode through McBride’s yard. Sentencing was set for July 25.
Tyler P. Fisher, 28, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $300, he was required 40 hours community service, had his license suspended for six months and was credited with one day served in jail for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance for alprazolam.
A July 11 pretrial was set for Michael R. Brown, 21, Carole Drive, Salem, cited with obstructing official business and criminal damaging. According to court documents, Brown allegedly fled from police after breaking out the glass of a back door window at a home on East Pershing Street in Salem on Thursday.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday Andrea T. McFarland, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $1,250, sentenced to 60 days in jail and had her license suspended for 180 days for failure to reinstate a license, driving under suspension and three counts of drug paraphernalia. Court documents state she had a spoon with burn marks, two hypodermic syringes, rinsing water and a piece of rope found in her possession on March 21, a crack pipe in the passenger seat of her vehicle on March 19 and a spoon with burn marks in her purse on March 19.
Michael S. Pitts, 21, state Route 644, Summitville, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and credited with two days in jail and sentenced to three days in school for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Angela M. Woods, 18, Green Beaver Road, Canfield, was fined $400 and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption.
David J. Mathes, 22, Birch Road, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Steven Nicholas Raybuck, 27, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $280 and credited with three days served for a stop sign violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Nicholas A. Anderson, 19, state Route 7, Lisbon, was fined $150 and credited with two days served for persistent disorderly conduct for punching his sister in the face and slamming her head on the floor at his home.
Craig A. Thorpe, 31, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension. A failure to display a valid sticker citation was dismissed.
Adam R. Booth, 33, Sycamore Drive, New Waterford, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Amy L. Faulk, 40, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
John Frederick Koch, 56, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business. Court documents state there was an argument between he and his wife on March 13 and he refused immediately to come out of the house and away from a shotgun and refused to place his hands behind his back.
Renee Snyder, 44, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, required 30 hours community service and credited with three days in jail for theft. According to court documents on June 7, Snyder stole items from a neighbor’s home and a shopping cart from Sparkle, placing the items in her backyard.
Catherine M. Cameron, 28, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to one day in jail and required 20 hours community service for theft for concealing in her purse nearly $16 in merchandise from Dollar General in Salem and attempting to leave without paying.
Dennis J. Donnelly, 46, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Henry L. Robinson, 21, Marble Road NE, East Rochester, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension, a seat belt violation and failure to display a valid sticker.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Kayla D. Clingerman, 27, Florence Street, North Lima, charged with domestic violence and drug paraphernalia. Clingerman reportedly was involved in an altercation with her live-in boyfriend and father of her child, Corey M. Haueter in Salem on Monday. She allegedly had hypodermic needles and spoons in her purse. Haueter, 26, Florence Maplecroft Road, North Lima, was also charged with domestic violence and a pretrial was scheduled for Aug. 5.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Jeffrey M. Skimore, 33, Graham Street, Lisbon, cited with noxious odors for allegedly leaving two boats, an inoperable vehicle and numerous tires in the lot of the Motorcycle Dream Shop after the village has warned him several notices to clean up his property.
A citation of driving under FRA suspension was dismissed against Robert M. Rice, 19, West Perry Street, Salem, due to an error by the Alabama Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
MUNICIPAL COURT
LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, George E. Faulkner Jr., 26, state Route 24, East Palestine, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a theft charge after he and his brother reportedly took a vehicle for a test drive on June 12 and did not return it.
Bradley A. Carpenter, 27, Bowman Road, Homeworth, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,925 and had his license suspended for a year for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, driving under FRA suspension and resisting arrest after he was reportedly found driving a stolen vehicle, while intoxicated and with a suspended licence on July 8, 2012.
Charles L. Dorsey, 41, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $925, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to seven days in jail and three days in a driving program for OVI first offense and no license.
Jeffery J. Cox, 30, Andrew Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and sentenced to 45 days in jail for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Nick Thomas Tsekouras, 53, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $200 for a seat belt violation and unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Joseph M. Smith, 27, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, required 50 hours community service and credited with eight days in jail with seven additional to serve for theft. Court documents state Smith on Jan. 21 fled the Salem Giant Eagle without paying for $95 in DVD and BluRay movies.
Justin Corey Griffith, 26, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $160 and sentenced to 90 days in jail for a turn signal violation, failure to display a valid sticker and obstructing official business after refused to give any identification or driver’s license then gave police a name and date of birth which were not in the computer system.
Donald L. Eastham, 40, New Manchester, W.Va., was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
Courtney M. Lee, 22, Niles, was fined $130 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
David J. Samora, 33, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
William A. Tomlin, 43, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $60 for open container in a vehicle and a turn signal violation.
A driving under suspension citation against Dena Lee Cibula, 23, state Route 164, Leetonia, was dismissed because the FRA bond had been paid but was not posted to the Bureau of Motor Vehicle’s computer at the time of stop.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for James P. Morrison, 57, Parkview Drive, Lisbon, cited with physical control.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Patrick D. Holler, 25, Etruria Street, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for David J. Barnhart, 35, South Main Street, Columbiana, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly returning to a neighbor’s, Amy Clow’s property after being asked to leave and not return while no one was home.
An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Justin T. Gloeckner, 22, Oak Ridge Drive, East Liverpool, cited with peeling tires.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Michael T. Joy, 25, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
An Aug. 15 pretrial was set for Jo M. Broffman, 62, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with theft for allegedly filling a shopping court full of items, while filling her purse with 19 items totaling $63 and then leaving the shopping cart behind to leave the store without paying for the items in the purse.
MUNICIPAL COURT
LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a July 8 preliminary hearing was set for Mary A. Johnson, 43, last known address Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with receiving stolen property. According to court documents, Johnson visited her father at the Vista Center in Lisbon and told him she was going to take his guns and valuables for safekeeping while he was there. She then allegedly sold his guns to Buckeye Firearms on May 9.
A July 9 preliminary hearing was set for Robert L. Harmony, 45, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence when he reportedly has a previous domestic violence conviction from 2009.
John W. Burke, 53, West Spruce Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury on an OVI fourth offense citation.
Chad R. Raymond, 24, Steward Road, Salem, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended one year, was credited with nine days served in jail with one to serve and required 25 hours community service for OVI second offense, failure to reinstate a license and failure to control.
Dustin D. Seaver, 22, Clinton, was fined $675, sentenced to three days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense and broken windshield.
Howard A. Lightner, 32, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, was fined $300 and credited with 44 days in jail served for drug possession and drug paraphernalia for a hypodermic needle and 30 tablets of generic xanax. He was ordered to begin serving the balance of a 180 day jail sentence immediately from a previous conviction of receiving stolen property after a stolen grandfather clock was found in his apartment last fall.
Julie H. Cutlip, 23, Canton, was fined $250, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to an additional 28 days in jail with credit for two served for drug paraphernalia. She reportedly had a hypodermic needle and a spoon with white residue in her possession on Friday.
Jonathan M. Weaver, 25, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was fined $250 and credited with eight days served for domestic violence for punching his live-in girlfriend in the head on June 23.
Jessie K. Jenkins, 57, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with two days in jail served for theft after she attempted to shoplift $24 in merchandise from the Salem Sparkle on April 26.
Robert Moore, 24, North Benton Road, Salem, was fined $200 and credited with one day in jail with another 119 to serve for criminal damaging, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. According to court documents, Moore on June 2 went to a home on Hazel Run Road, Salineville, and threw a log through a home’s window. He then ran from deputies, forcing them to shoot him with a taser twice. Additionally, he reportedly struggled, spit and threatened deputies until he was sedated at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Frederick C. Hennan Sr., 54, North Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Hennan reportedly grabbed his live-in girlfriend by the back of the neck, threw her across the room, grabbed her by the hair and the throat and threatened her when she wanted to leave on Nov. 13, 2004.
Kathleen R. Shasteen Dearth, 20, state Route 518, Lisbon, fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. According to court documents, Dearth shoved William E. Oiler Jr. into a wall in the house, kicked in the window to the front door which struck him in the arm, kicked him and punched him on June 24.
Oiler, 33, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $300, had his license suspended for 180 days and was required 20 hours community service for drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Oiler reportedly struck Dearth several times, pushed her off the wall and off a vehicle in the driveway. He also reportedly had a grinder in his back pocket.
Michael J. Martin Jr., 26, Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, was credited with two days in jail served and fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Court documents state Martin threw his girlfriend, Billie Jean Presley, around and held her against her will before pushing his sister, who had tried to stop him on June 24.
Alex J. Vanhorn, 18, South Vine Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia.
Shawn A. Myers, 37, Bye Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Christopher Bosworth, 26, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $100 for open container.
Desiree L. Ingledue, 18, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and required 24 hours community service for no license amended from temporary instruction permit required.
Tyler Michaels-Lee Stokes, 19, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $80 for no motorcycle endorsement and no helmet.
Alonzo Gaspar Simon, 31, Axe Road, Alliance, was fined $50 for no license.
An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Lori A. Tuttle, 41, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting her husband, Louis Tuttle, by striking him in the chest and scratching his neck and chest on Wednesday.
An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Carol A. Gilmore, 50, East Washington Street, Lisbon, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly coming into the Steel Trolley Diner intoxicated on Sunday, throwing food at the waitress, cussing and swearing at other customers and refusing to cooperate with police when they arrived.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Randal L. Pitts, 51, Smith Road, Summitville, charged with assault for allegedly striking his nephew Michael Shane Pitts, 21, state Route 644, Summitville, several times after Michael Pitts reportedly pushed Randal Pitts’ 74-year-old mother off the porch. Michael Pitts pleaded no contest to assault for the fight with his uncle and a sentencing hearing was set for Aug. 5.
An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Jessi L. Roberts, 34, Tower Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching her husband, Steve Roberts, in the left eye.
An Aug. 29 pretrial was set for Aaron D. Black, 35, Lisbon Dungannon Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and slow speed.
