LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, William Caprio IV, 40, Cogan Station, Pa., was fined $250, credited with one day served and required 30 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct for shouting inside the Columbiana County courthouse on May 20 after being asked to cease by security officer Sal Scarafile and Commissioner Mike Halleck.

LISBON – A July 2 preliminary hearing was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Howard A. Sheely, 53, Metz Road, New Waterford, charged with pandering in obscenity involving a minor. Bond was set at $500,000 cash or surety. Sheely was charged after BCI agents executed a search warrant at his home on Wednesday and allegedly found evidence of digital child pornography within the home.
A July 2 preliminary hearing was set for Kimberly I. Mutersbaugh, 49, Ohio Avenue, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly using a stolen credit card belonging to Vera Cain at the Salem Walmart, Smith Oil and Dollar General in late April. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Dkwan M. Wise, 19, Midland, Pa., waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on an assault charge. Wise allegedly hit a corrections officer, Andrew McCambridge in the face at the county jail on June 3. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Ron J. Hagen, 54, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly harming June M. Manis on May 17. Judge Chris Amato also found Hagan in contempt of court and sentenced to four days in the county jail after he reported drove to the court house while intoxicated for a pretrial hearing on Thursday. According to court officials, Hagen fell in the courthouse parking lot and tested nearly three times over the legal limit.
Cynthia S. Moffett, 44, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, was fined $480, credited with five days served in jail, sentenced to an additional five days in jail and required 40 hours community service for speeding, driving under a 12-point suspension and two counts of driving under FRA suspension.
Daniel L. Shoaff, 31, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was fined $250 and credited with seven days served in jail for receiving stolen property amended from a felony charge of breaking and entering. Shoaff allegedly went into a storage garage in New Waterford and took a air conditioning unit, a push lawn mower, a weed eater and a leaf blower, three of the items which he later pawned at Cashland in Columbiana.
A July 6 pretrial was set for Daisy Letson, 25, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly trying use a device strapped around her middle to pass off another person’s urine as her own on Monday.
Edward D. Cleveland III, 21, Cleveland, was fined $200 for speeding.
Robert M. Goonen, 19, Darlington, Pa., was fined $150 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of instruments to inhale or ingest a controlled substance.
Brian M. Adams, 25, Carriage Lane, Alliance, was fined $150 for driving under suspension for child support.
Charles A. Vangiesen, 48, Hunters Camp Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Robert J. Daugherty, 23, West State Street, Salem, signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he faces a probation violation charge.
Ashton D. Bloor, 28, McCormick Run Road, Salineville, was fined $350, sentenced to attend a counseling program, had her license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for lane violations and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Daniel D. Nye, 40, North Howard Avenue, Salem, was credited with one day served in jail, sentenced to an additional day in jail and fined $250 for obstructing official business for refusing to obey the orders of police officers. A second charge of obstructing official business for being uncooperative with police during the same incident was dismissed.
Brandi Stoneburner, 29, Michigan Boulevard, Salem, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
Kenneth R. Jordan, 41, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $400, had his license suspended for 180 days and credited with 180 days already served for two counts of driving under suspension, a drug paraphernalia charge and a lane violation.
Michael A. Mathes, 26, East Perry Street, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under FRA suspension.
Jeffery W. Winter, 48, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, required 25 hours community service and credited with one day served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for abuse against Kerry Vance on May 17.

An assault charge for allegedly hitting Adams was dismissed.
Collin M. Perkins, 22, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 and credited with one day served for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching his brother, Justin Perkins on April 1.
Justin E. Perkins, 27, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for shoving his brother, Collin Perkins in the head during the same dispute on April 1.
Gwen M. Sharpe, 37, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to OVI first offense and speeding. A sentencing hearing was set for June 30.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Lionel S. Ackerman, 26, East Calla Road, Poland, was fined $705, had his license suspended for six months, required to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
Mark W. St. John, 59, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was fined $685, required to attend a three-day counseling program and had his license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and lane violations.
Nancy E. Healy, 60, Leake Street, East Palestine, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for no license and traffic control device violation.
James C. Bollinger, 25, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $250 for driving under FRA suspension.
Robert E. Unkefer, 24, Reeder Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250 for assured clear distance when he has had at least three previous moving offenses.
Landon Lyle, 22, Crews Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 for a head lights violation amended from a stop sign violation.
Ramon J. Cope, 40, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was fined $130 for a seat belt violation and no license amended form driving under suspension.

A June 29 pretrial was set for Traci M. Flick, 39, Jefferson Street, Salem, and Russell T. Flick, 45, state Route 45, Lisbon, both charged with domestic violence for allegedly becoming involved in a domestic dispute, which turned physical, on Sunday. The wife reportedly struck her husband several times in the face and arm, while the husband reportedly struck his wife in the mouth.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Taira L. Scullion, 24, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting her live-in girlfriend Brandi N. Poynter, by biting her on the arm and leaving marks and scratches on her knee and arm on Sunday. Poynter, 21, also has been charged with domestic violence, with a pretrial also on June 29.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Erica L. Parker, 50, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, charged with obstructing justice for allegedly telling police Ronald Parker II left the house earlier, while it appears he was going out a back window on Friday.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Terri Lee Amos, 46, West Martin Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, driving under OVI suspension and traffic control devices for a traffic stop on Saturday.
A July 20 sentencing was set for Melissa M. Copley, 46, Lake Road, Beloit, who pleaded no contest to OVI second offense and left of center for a traffic stop on Thursday.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a June 25 preliminary hearing was set for Dkwan M. Wise, 19, Midland, Pa., charged with assault for allegedly hitting Andrew Cambridge, a corrections officer at the county jail, in the face on June 3.
Dawnitta M. Wright, 26, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.
Albert McVay, 51, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to 60 days in jail for theft. He was also ordered to may $4.99 in restitution to Sparkle Market, the store he stole a bottle of wine from on April 6.
Michael Shane Pitts, 23, state Route 644, Summitville, was fined $250, credited with one day served in jail, sentenced to four additional days, had his license suspended for 180 days and required 30 hours community service for possession of drugs for nearly 122 grams of marijuana on March 1.
Michael L. Skiles, 23, Warren, was fined $150, required 30 hours community service, credited with eight days served in jail and sentenced to two additional days for aggravated menacing. Skiles threatened Kevin Nelder with a knife on June 10.

Crookston, 26, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly walking intoxicated in her underwear in the area of Southeast Boulevard and Maple Street in Salem on May 30 and yelling to police that she did not want to live anymore while hitting herself in the head with handcuffs.
A July 16 pretrial was set for David I. Rogers, 26, Avon Road, Salineville, cited with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Rashod Perry, 19, Youngstown, was fined $675, had his license suspended for six months, required to attend a three-day counseling program and to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. Citations of driving under FRA suspension and speeding were dismissed.
Mark F. Cassinger, 42, state Route 45, Salem, was fined $275 and required 40 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license and speeding.
Charles A. Slocum, 23, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with one day served and required 30 hours community service for theft for taking $100 from Sara Klein’s car while she was parked at the Lisbon Pool on Thursday.
Daniel J. Steeves, 22, James Drive, Wellsville, was fined $200, credited with one day in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching and dragging Deborah Heiney on Dec. 21.
Cagney A. Springer, 26, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $180 and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and a seat belt violation.
Kevin L. Ring, 56, last known address East State Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with seven days served in jail, ordered to serve an additional 38 days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of drugs for attempting to destroy several pills by eating them on April 28.
Francisco Martinjose, 28, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with three days served in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Martinjose threatened to kill his girlfriend, the mother of his children, with a knife and was found stabbing a wall with the knife when police arrived.
Randy S. Wilkinson, 19, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 and credited with seven days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for grabbing his mother’s arms and punching her three of four times in the back on June 9.
Brett J. Young, 28, West North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $150 for no license.
Isaac LeMaster Jr., 45, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension. A defective exhaust citation was dismissed.

Ballard, 40, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence and endangering children for allegedly choking his wife, Rachel Ballard, while she was holding their 18-month-old son, causing her to fall to the ground and then walking around while intoxicated and holding the child on Tuesday.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Charles E. Pipkins, 30, Hawley Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, OVI refusal first offense, reckless operation and a turn signal violation.
A July 27 pretrial was set for Devan A. McCallister, 21, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a July 27 pretrial was set for Dylan A. Walters, 20, Austintown, cited with refuse disposal prohibition for allegedly improperly disposing of a used diaper at Guilford Lake State Park.
Kathryn A. Sims, 26, West 14th Street, Salem, was fined $350 and required 65 hours community service for open container and two counts driving under suspension.
Scott A. Treleven, 33, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $230 for driving under FRA suspension, failure to display a valid sticker and a seat belt violation.
Tammy J. Mason, 42, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, was fined $200, credited with one day in jail, sentenced to nine additional days and required 50 hours community service for theft. Mason was involved in shoplifting from the Salem Walmart on March 15.
Douglas M. Raffle, 34, Ohio Street, Wellsville, was fined $200, required 30 hours community service and credited with one day in jail for assault for choking Vanessa Crowe at a campsite on Steubenville Pike on June 7.

A June 22 pretrial was set for Ronald K. Miller, 60, Metz Road, New Waterford, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly running a vehicle Janice Miller was in off Metz Road by going left of center on Monday. Janice Miller had a protection order filed in Common Pleas Court.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Ralph W. Sayer III, 35, North Sumner Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing and choking Tiera Ibel, slamming her fingers in a vehicle door and running over her foot with his vehicle on May 28.
A July 23 pretrial was set for Colette E. Steiginga, 20, Walnut Grove Drive, New Waterford, cited with OVI first offense, speeding and endangering children for allegedly having a 14-year-old girl inside her car during the other two violations on June 3.
Vicki L. Davis, 58, Canton, was fined $855, had her license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail, ordered three days in counseling and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control, open container and leaving the scene.

A June 15 pretrial was set for Douglas M. Raffle, 34, Ohio Street, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly choking Vanessa Crowe at a campsite on Steubenville Pike on Sunday.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Crystal R. Hoskinson, 23, East Third Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Mike R. Windle with a pan and her fist as well as biting him on the hand during a fight on Sunday.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Marci M. Kirkpatrick, 30, Washington Street, Leetonia, charged with receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence for allegedly running from Salem police after grabbing evidence of a drug offense on Friday. Kirkpatrick reportedly was tased twice in order to get her to stop running and then fought with police as they tried to handcuff her on the ground. She had been found slumped over in a black SUV stolen from the Leetonia area.
Charges of OVI first offense and failure to control against Matthew R. Cresanto, 39, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, were transferred to Common Pleas Court, added to a felony case.
Nick Rhodes, 41, Dyke Road, Rogers, was fined $100, credited with one day served in jail and ordered to spend 44 days on electronically monitored house arrest for receiving stolen property. Rhodes had 18 six by six posts stolen from James Raneri III on Bye Road on April 2, 2014.
Kaylee A. McCullough, 21, West State Street, Alliance, was fined $275 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and expired registration.
Jean M. Pastore, 61, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was fined $250 for failure to file a sales tax return in December 2014. A second count for November 2014 was dismissed.
Wayne C. Duris, 32, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $250 for driving under FRA suspension.

A June 11 pretrial was set for Michael A. Hamilton, 26, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly arguing with his mother about money on Thursday, then wrestling with her to attempt to take the money bag she had around her waist bruising her and causing her to have a breathing issues forcing her to take medication to begin breathing normally again.
A June 29 pretrial was set for Crit A. Smallwood, 79, Colonial Drive, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly becoming violent with his wife, grabbing her by the arms and threatening her with physical harm until she fled into an empty bedroom and locked the door in the early morning hours on Friday. Donna Smallwood, his wife, told police he is in the early stages of dementia.
John D. Wilson III, 30, Kent, was fined $230 and has his license suspended for 180 days for speeding, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Zimmerly, 26, state Route 644, Kensington, was bound over to the grand jury on a possession of drugs charge for a metal spoon containing fentanyl allegedly found near Zimmerly on April 7 when deputies were responding to a reported heroin overdose.
Gary E. Graham Jr., 57, state Route 7, Columbiana, was fined $700, had his license suspended for one year, sentenced to 10 days in jail and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Kolton M. Bush, 47, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service, credited with three days served in jail and ordered to pay Brittney Gibson $308 in restitution within 60 days for disorderly conduct amended form domestic violence for assaulting Gibson on March 21.
Brandon P. Berry, 20, Bellflower Road, East Rochester, was fined $200 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Aaron A.C. Tucker, 40, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $100 and credited with one day served in jail for criminal trespassing after he was found sitting in a vehicle parked beside a tractor in a field on Applegate Road, Lisbon, and took off at a high rate of speed across freshly planted soy been field on May 25. A restitution hearing was set for July 27.
Jonathon L. Hill, 31, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Sam D. Cadile, 48, Cliff Drive, Salem, was fined $150 for speeding amended from traffic control devices.
Virgil E. Minear, 59, Stevens Drive, Alliance, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching Mandi Hemrick in the arm on April 11.
Greg S. Morlan, 38, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 and credited with one day served in jail for menacing for threatening Kurt Holloway on May 17.
Anthony DeCapio, 23, 16 School Road, Irondale, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia.

A June 9 pretrial was set for Dylan N. Davidson, 22, West Perry Street, Salem, cited with domestic violence for allegedly punching, biting and severely choking Savanah Anderson to the point of unconsciousness in the parking lot of Club Fuel on Railroad Street, Salem, on April 26.
An Aug. 11 pretrial was set for Steven J. McVay, 34, Canton, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
John A. Humphrey, 45, West Main Street, East Palestine, pleaded no contest to assault for pushing Robert B. Sagenich down a flight of steps at American Home Health Care on Tuesday. A sentencing hearing was set for Monday.
John David Murch, 49, Warren, had his criminal trespassing citation dismissed because his competency has not yet been determined and his confinement has exceeded the maximum penalty allowed for the charge. He was released to return to his home in Trumbull County. Murch was charged after he reportedly had gone to the Quik Mart in Columbiana, where he had been warned earlier in the evening of May 3 not to return.
A driving under suspension citation against Ivy A. Miller, 20, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was dismissed due to an error because defendant had insurance at all times.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, L. Steven Grande, 40, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Dale Felger Sr., 58, North Jackson, was fined $250 and credited with two days served in jail for violating a civil protection order for sending Bobbi Felger, his estranged wife, a text message on Feb. 21.
David L. Martin, 65, Township Road 406, Hammondsville, was fined $180 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana and speeding. A possession of instruments ingest or inhale controlled substances citation was dismissed.
Shani A. Jones, 30, Mound Street, Salem, was fined $175 for reckless operation and assured clear distance.
Adam L. Buckius, 21, New Garden Avenue, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, but the fines and costs were suspended due to him being found indigent. Buckius threw a stick at a passing truck.
Mark A. Winters, 48, Kent, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Corey D. Cope, 23, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a burglary charge for allegedly taking a book bag containing a laptop computer from the home of Stacey Richardson, state Route 164, Columbiana, while she was asleep on May 19.
Tyler J. Gardner, 22, Prospect Street, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest and assault. Gardner allegedly shut a door to stop police and shoved a Perry Township police officer attempting to get away after he was told he was under arrest on May 25.
Jennifer L. Morris, 40, Ridgeview Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $1,100, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day program, ordered to perform 30 hours community service, credited with one day served in jail and sentenced to an additional three days for OVI first offense, lane violations, driving under suspension and persistent disorderly conduct. The disorderly conduct charge was for yelling abusively at her son in a parking lot at her home and refusing to calm down on June 23, 2014.
Michael P. McCue, 30, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $875, had his license suspended for six months, required to attend a three-day program and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and hit skip.
Thomas A. Ripley, 21, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon was fined $750, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 60 days in jail for theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia. Ripley had a hypodermic needle on April 24, as well as a Blu-Ray player and multiple Blu-Ray discs totaling $318 items he took out from under his jacket in the Walmart parking lot.
Kayla M. Marcum, 21, South Range Road, Salem, was fined $675, sentenced to attend a three-day program, had her license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. A backup lights required citation was dismissed.
Lisa R. Galchick, 32, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $400 and had her license suspended for six months for operating without reasonable control and not stopping after an accident.
Brian L. Bable, 33, Pioneer Road, Negley, was fined $250, required to pay $150 in restitution to Andrew Schrack within 60 days and credited with 10 days served in jail for theft of scrap metal taken from Schrack’s basement in June 2014. The metal was about 85 pounds of aluminum, five pounds of copper, 20 pounds of steel and 30 pounds of brass.
Tony L. Fall, 40, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 and credited with three days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for calling Laurie A. Fall names, yelling and screaming, telling her he was going to flatten her tires, pushing her down and biting her on her arm on July 22, 2014.
Robert L. Wright Jr., 38, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 and credited with two days in jail for theft for a novelty wooden box and a donation jar taken from Nick’s Pizza on May 21.
Anthony R. Ensell, 35, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $150 for no license amended form driving under suspension.

Damien T. Furrer, 20, North Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.
Travis James Jackson, 28, Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license.
Bruce A. Tennis, 49, Dot Avenue, Alliance, was fined $50 for hunting without permission after shooting and killing someone’s pet turkey on May 2.
A July 9 pretrial was set for Chris Charles Woolley Jr., 28, Roselyn Avenue, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense and two lights displayed.
MUNICIPAL COURT
LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Missie M. Faloba, 35, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on charges of obstructing official business and tampering with evidence. One charge was for allegedly putting a drug paraphernalia spoon under the sink to hide it from deputies. The other was for telling deputies no one else was in the home, when they found three people there, including two with warrants, on May 1.
A June 16 pretrial was set for Francisco Martinjose, 28, East Third Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to kill his girlfriend with a knife and stabbing the kitchen wall when police arrived on May 25.
Kelly Pfirrman, 54, Y Camp Road, Lisbon, was fined $725, had her license suspended for 180 days, required a three-day counseling program and to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control
Christopher M. Rocchio, 35, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Cheryl A. Thorne, 48, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $675, required to attend a three-day counseling program, had her license suspended for six months and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. A failure to control citation was dismissed.
Kasmond Parker, 28, Warren, was fined $300, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 20 days in jail for two counts of possession of drug abuse instruments for two syringes. A theft charge, for reportedly having a stolen Xbox on May 22, was dismissed.
Carl J. Wrenn, 37, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Tamara A. Thompkins, 30, Canton, was fined $200 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Deeanna Yeagley, 42, Raleigh, N.C., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Anthony J. Burrus, 28, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for an equipment violation $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Rafael Tam Pu, 28, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $50 for no license.
Velma J. Bratt, 63, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, pleaded no contest to interference with custody for refusing to return the children on her son Scott Bratt to their mother, Rebecca Bollinger, reportedly based on Bollinger’s invalid driver’s license on Sunday. A sentencing hearing was set for July 16. A July 16 pretrial was set for Scott A. Bratt, 32, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, also charged with interference with custody for the same alleged incident.
A June 8 pretrial was set for Kimberly L. Burd, 50, Uniontown, cited with physical control.
A June 8 pretrial was set for Lawrence A. Watts, 54, Crestview Road, Columbiana, cited with domestic violence for allegedly punching his girlfriend Jennifer Brown in the face, putting her into a chokehold and threatening to kill her.
A July 13 pretrial was set for Robert L. Porada Jr., 30, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and a speeding violation. He was fined costs only for a stop sign violation.
A July 13 pretrial was set for Ami L. Demeo, 38, Continental Drive, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly telling police a false name, Kenny Hull, for the driver of a vehicle, when it was actually her boyfriend, Richard Hill.
A July 14 pretrial was set for William G. Geer, 30, Park Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.
A July 20 pretrial was set for Leroy W. Schooley, 55, Beaver Falls, Pa., cited with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
