LISBON — A March 12 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Griffin M. Wright, 22, Eighth Street, Wellsville, charged with breaking and entering for allegedly trespassing into the home of Nicole Shreve on Feb. 7, taking an Xbox One and a welder. The owner of the welder declined to pursue charges. The items were later allegedly pawned by Wright’s girlfriend.

Debra L. Gray, 60, Ottawa Trail, Negley, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of violating a protection order for reportedly repeatedly attempting to contact Dr. Kristyn Essad and seeking out her new place of employment on Feb. 10.

A March 12 preliminary hearing was set for Daniel L. Smelser, 39, Amsterdam, charged with failure to register. On Dec. 9, Smelser had reportedly been living for two weeks at a West Main Street, New Waterford, address when he is required to register within five days of moving to a county due to being a Tier III sex offender following a 1999 conviction in Florida.

A March 16 review to the bench was scheduled for Sean J. McCarthy, 23, Commerce Street, Wellsville, who signed a waiver of extradition to be returned to Pennsylvania where he reportedly is charged with burglary-overnight accommodation, no person present, a felony.

An April 16 pretrial was set for Richard McCoy, 68, Grafton Road, Leetonia, cited with OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to control.

An April 16 pretrial was set for Jaron Edward Lewis, 25, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense, use of an unauthorized plate, no license, left of center, a seat belt violation, illegal drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Jonathan David Shellenberger, 30, West Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $805, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and two lights required.

Jessica Mae Cameron, 37, Winona Road, Salem, was fined $725, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.

Debra L. Martin, 36, Washingtonville Road, Salem, was fined $755, had her license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, left of center and lighted lights required.

An April 14 pretrial was set for Brittany N. Hoschar, 22, Clover Avenue, Wellsville, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly pawning a stolen welder and Xbox One at Prestige Pawn.

Justin R. Barrett, 35, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $150 for criminal endangerment for filling up a mop bucket and dumping the water through the bean hole on the cell door, flooding the cell at the county jail while he was an inmate on Oct. 20.

A March 9 pretrial was set for Jasmine M. Lockett, 26, Spiedel Road, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly screaming multiple times, she was going to stab everyone to death in their sleep, heard in recordings turned over to authorities in mid-February.

Cody A. Barham, 26, Rose Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, had his license suspended for six months, credited with 10 days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 35 days in jail for possession of drug abuse instrument for having a loaded needle on Feb. 19.

A March 9 pretrial was set for Joshua Lee B. Hackney, 39 Hazel Run Road, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening his mother on Feb. 28.

Mary A. Vaughn, 56, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for criminal damaging for entering a vehicle Vaughn owned, which was being used by Mia Sheets on Sept. 20, and throwing Sheets’ belongings out into the Frola Motel parking lot, which damaged a camera, cell phones, a tablet, a tattoo gun and a necklace.

Jonathan Michael Gbur, 31, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from telecommunications harassment for reportedly threatening Mia Sheets on Sept. 20.

Christopher W. Kramer, 44, Youngstown, was fined $435 for driving under suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and speeding.

Tramaine G. Wright, 23, Youngstown, was credited with two days served in jail, fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia for a scale with residue in a Nike bag discovered by K-9 Simon in Salem on Dec. 6.

Miranda Rai Easterbrook, 23, Poland, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for speeding amended from assured clear distance.

Kurtis R. Nicely, 41, Hudson, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Hamidulloh Zabihullaev, 21, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from failure to control.

Victoria Danielle Puckett, 26, Township Road 289, Salineville, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
