LISBON -- Jesse S. McVey, 20, Center Avenue, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to burglary, a second-degree felony, and grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He faces up to $20,000 in fines and a nine and a half-year prison term. Sentencing is set for March 5. McVey had broken into a property owned by Kathy Laughlin and Michael Beverly, state Route 164, Lisbon, and took Michael Beverly's 1999 Ford F250 pickup.
William R. Beeson, 22, state Route 9, Salem, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention treatment plan he had been placed on for charges of aggravated possession of drugs and carrying a concealed weapon. He was removed from intervention and placed on community control. The charges were for methamphetamines and a handgun in his possession on Dec. 22, 2018.
Jayden M. Robbins, 22, Youngstown, stipulated to violation the terms of his intervention treatment plan he had been placed on for a possession of cocaine charge, stemming from drugs in his possession on Feb. 23, 2019. He was removed from intervention and placed on community control.
