LISBON -- In county Municipal Court. Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; escape, a second-degree felony; and two counts of resisting arrest. A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 3 for Mobley, who is also facing prior charges from August of aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, criminal trespassing and domestic violence.
Cody A. Lawson, 24, Youngstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a grand theft charge, a fourth-degree felony. Lawson is alleged to have stolen a vehicle from Dylan Mayfield, who had left it running to warm up on Dec. 17.
Toni M. Pelamati, 52, West Oxford Street, Alliance, waived the right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on charges of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, and criminal mischief. Pelamati is accused of stealing the title of Harry Sarchione's vehicle, other items from inside it and flattening his tire by stabbing it on Nov. 27.
A warrant was issued for Mark A. Brewer, 43, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with a fourth-degree felony, assault of a peace officer, and a misdemeanor, resisting arrest. When Wellsville police were called to the Family Dollar about three people reportedly shoplifting and attempted to take Brewer into custody, he allegedly dropped the items, ran out the front door, fought with police and bit one on the finger.
Matthew P. Soldo, 40, Youngstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on charges of violating a temporary protection order and possession of a drug abuse instrument.
Kayla A. Winner, 25, Austintown, was fined $1,075, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for possession of marijuana, speeding and physical control amended from OVI first offense.
A Feb. 1 pretrial was set for Antonio D. Deleon, 27, Market Street, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense and reasonable control.
A Jan. 25 pretrial was set for Nicole C. Haldiman, 47, Vine Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense.
Adrian Asimou, 20, Brecksville, was fined $300, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for traffic control devices and OVI underage amended from OVI first offense.
A March 1 pretrial was set for Cody J. Davis, 21, Monroe Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence.
A Jan. 25 pretrial was set for Amber N. Neiser, 28, and Cody A. Neiser, 28, both of East Sixth Street, Salem, and charged with domestic violence after alleged actions toward each other on Saturday.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Marcie L. McMannis, 44, Albright Avenue, Columbiana, charged with obstructing official business.
A March 1 pretrial was set for Ashley R. Carlariello, 27, New Garden Avenue, Salem, charged with theft and misuse of credit cards.
A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Timothy N. Thompson, 33, East Third Street, Salem, cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument and three counts of drug paraphernalia.
Krystal C. Miller, 41, Canton, fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Corey M. McWhorter, 32, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
A Feb. 23 pretrial was set for Stephanie N. Murphey, 30, New Garden Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.
Lee Allen Courtney, 54, Buckeye Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for passing bad checks.
A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Jeffery Alan Puskaric, 53, Bell Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 28 pretrial was set for Duane I. Barnes, 50, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, cited with violating a temporary protection order, driving under suspension, distracted driving and failure to control.
John Wayne Kolarik, 22, Signal Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for hunting without a deer permit.
