-- Tyrell M. Travers, 24, Wellsville, was cited with assured clear distance after he rear-ended a vehicle driven by John A. Pavelko, 39, Youngstown, on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 4:50 p.m. Monday. Pavelko sustained minor injuries and declined treatment at the scene.
-- A vehicle driven by Mildred S. Cooper, 86, Steubenville, was rear-ended by another vehicle on state Route 14 in Beaver Township at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday. The other vehicle fled the scene and the driver has not been identified.
-- Mary Soules, 87, Lisbon, was cited for failure to yield after she attempted to turn onto state Route 45 from Salem Grange Road in Salem Township and collided with a vehicle driven by Jacquelyn H. Hawkins, 29, Salem, at 12:35 p.m. Monday. Hawkins was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.
