LISBON –In county Municipal Court, Phillip R. Cline, 48, West Wilson Street, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge for allegedly taking Vanessa Burnside’s vehicle without her knowledge on Oct. 6.

William Rodney Erskine, 26, Blueberry Drive, Columbiana, was fined $975, had his license suspended for a year and ordered to a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and left of center.

Crystal D. Orndoff, 35, Wood Street, Wellsville, was fined $875, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense.

A Jan. 11 pretrial was set for Javier Ibarra Correa, 45, Eighth Street, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense and reasonable control.

Nathaniel Mango, 31, Whinnery Road, Salem, was credited with 12 days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order for going to the home of Tristin Solomon while intoxicated on Oct. 1.

A Jan. 4 pretrial was set for Charlene A. Makowiecki, 56, Boardman, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Jan. 4 pretrial was set for James R. Zimmerman, 27, state Route 7, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension.

Ryan K. Newson, 41, Ashtabula, was fined $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of criminal tools for tools and small baggies for packaging narcotics found by K-9 Jesy in 2014.

Tiana R. Thornton, 41, Uniontown, Pa., and Michael A. Derov, 54, Uniontown, Pa., were each sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 for drug paraphernalia for burnt Choreboy in her wallet and three glass crack pipes in the vehicle on Tuesday. Derov was further fined $250 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Clarence L. Blake, 32, Grimms Bridge Road, Calcutta, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Ernest Lautzenheiser, 70, Cameron Street, Winona, was fined $200 for violating regulations requiring him to connect to a sewer system and violating board orders from the health department for having trash, tires and openings at a property on state Route 9, Kensington.

Miguel Angel Lopez Juarez, 27, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $130 for expired license and use of an unauthorized plate.

Brandon M. House, 26, Youngstown, was fined $250 and sentenced to 15 days in jail concurrent with his prison term for unauthorized plate and no license.

A Nov. 18 pretrial was set for John M. Diggins III, 45, Johnston, Pa., cited with driving under suspension.

Anthony Steven Trantham, 56, Ravenna, was fined $150 for plate light amended from failure to stop when directed.

Eric C. Trenkelbach, 33, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
