LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Dustin Beadnell, 19, Hammondsville, was bound over to the county grand jury for felony charges of fleeing and eluding a police officer, improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle and possession of criminal tools.

Beadnell allegedly shot with a revolver out of the window while fleeing from police in Lisbon on March 31 while he had three children in the vehicle. The vehicle allegedly nearly caused a crash on Grant Street and traveled at speeds in excess of 70 mph going out of town on Steubenville Pike Road.

A jury trial has been set Aug. 17 for Eric Ewing, 46, Dover, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for allegedly soliciting sexual conduct from an undercover Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent in exchange for suspected marijuana and drove to Salem on April 29 for the meeting, with a phone in his possession.

A pretrial was set Aug. 2 for Eric Kaasa, 47, Struthers, charge with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known escort website placed by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent, requesting sexual conduct in exchange for $60 and then arriving in East Palestine on April 7 for the meeting, with his phone and money.

Kurt Mays, 45, Callenburg, Pa., was fined $500, sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to forfeit $160 to the East Palestine Police Department for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools upon arriving in East Palestine on April 27 with money and his phone after arranging to meet an undercover agent for sexual conduct in exchange for $160.

A preliminary hearing was set June 23 for Kelly Reed, 32, Sunset Drive, Wellsville, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly not answering the door when a sheriff’s deputy knocked three times and identified himself loudly looking for a male who allegedly lived there. Reed was then allegedly found inside.

Keith Coram, 29, Niles was fined $750 for engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for coming to East Palestine on March 11 to meet with an undercover Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent posing as a female for sexual conduct in exchange for $20. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.

A pretrial was set June 27 for Andrea Gibson, 44, Rochester Road, East Rochester, charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence for allegedly threatening multiple times to kill her boyfriend on June 10 at the Rochester Road residence.

Ryan Musch, 22, Berlin Center, was fined $500 for telecommunications harassment and menacing by stalking and was ordered to have no contact with the victim for incidents dealing with menacing and contacting the victim on April 26 on West Pidgeon Road in Salem after being told not to contact her.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set June 23 for Patrick Murphy, 37, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with aggravated menacing, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto a detention facility, domestic violence, obstructing justice and resisting arrest. The aggravated menacing charge stemmed from him allegedly threatening his girlfriend with serious physical harm and threatening to burn her house down with the kids inside on April 10 in Wellsville. The other charges stem from an incident on June 15 when police investigated a domestic in Wellsville. Murphy allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face and rib cage, failed to answer the door when deputies were knocking and announcing themselves and resisted arrest. He also allegedly had a syringe on him after being taken to the jail. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

George House Jr., 37, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 and sentenced to 100 days in jail for domestic violence for hitting a family member with an open and closed fist during a domestic on June 6 at the Homewood Avenue residence.

A pretrial was set Aug. 1 for Mario Ashkar, 34, Medina, charged with obstructing official business and possession of marijuana for allegedly failing to comply with orders of a Columbiana officer during a traffic stop on April 7 on Commerce Circle and state Route 14, Columbiana.

Stefanie Grimaldi, 35, Youngstown, was fined $1,150 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 suspended and credit for three days for a driver intervention program and had her license suspended for 180 days, with driving privileges granted, for physical control, amended from operating a vehicle under the influence, and failure to control.

A pretrial was set Aug. 29 for Jennifer Koehler, 26, Longs Crossing Road Leetonia, charged with OVI and speeding.

Carlos Altamirano, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 suspended and credit for three days for a driver intervention program, and had his license suspended for a year for OVI and lighted lights required.

A pretrial was set Aug. 23 for Brittney Cronin, 22, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set June 23 for Stephanie Barnes, 34, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft and obstructing justice for allegedly stealing a package from the steps of a Riverside Avenue, Wellsville residence on May 28 and failing to answer the door while inside a residence when police were knocking on June 15 on Sunset Drive, Wellsville.

Sean Fox, 25, Winona Road, Salem, was fined $200 for refuse disposal for disposing of two beer bottles on the bank of the Highlandtown Lake wildlife area on May 29.

Anthowne Thurston, 46, Pittsburgh, Pa.,was fined $100 for an equipment violation, amended from lane violations.

A pretrial was set Aug. 30 for Quint Witherow, 40, Steubenville Pike Road, Salineville, charged with use of unauthorized plates and expired license plates.

Eric Cottrell, 40, St. Clairsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Roger Ingram Jr., 31, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $400 for use of unauthorized plates and driving under suspension.

Carly Mae Williams, 25, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $350 and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under suspension.
