LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a sentencing hearing was scheduled Oct. 6 for Timothy Clinton Sabau, 49, Cortland, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession criminal tools for allegedly traveling to East Palestine Sept. 29 after responding to an online ad posted by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent in which he agreed to pay $140 for sexual conduct with an adult female.
A preliminary hearing and pretrial were scheduled Oct. 6 for Charles R. Bowers, 48, Pine Hollow, Lisbon, charged with unauthorized plate, driving under suspension and domestic violence after striking a member of the household Aug. 28.
A pretrial was scheduled Oct. 6 for Andrew J. Buchs, 42, Bandy Road, North Benton, charged with telecommunications harassment for allegedly calling and texting a Knox Township resident Sept. 2 over the course of a day after the victim had told him to stop contact.
A pretrial was scheduled Oct. 11 for Jennifer Sue Ramsey, 44, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a member of her home Sept. 29 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 14 for Clifford T. Scott Jr., 37, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening his neighbor’s three children, one of which was a minor, while intoxicated
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 15 for Justin M. McGhee, 34, East Pine Lake Road; Salem, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for allegedly traveling to Salem Sept. 21 after responding to an online ad posted by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent in which he agreed to pay $40 for a sex act from an adult female.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 17 for Beau R. Manley, 39, Wood Street, East Palestine, charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly being found driving a reported stolen vehicle in Columbiana July 14.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 21 for Brett Alan Long, 30, Cameron Hollow, New Cumberland, W. Va., charged with driving under suspension and expired registration.
David Leigh Vincent, 57, state Route 7, Rogers, was fined $1,200, placed on two years probation, had his license suspended four years, sentenced to 180 days in jail (90 suspended and 10 credited) and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse class for OVI and assured clear distance ahead. A second count of OVI was dismissed.
Robert A. Endres, 33, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was sentenced to 180 days in jail (173 suspended and seven credited), fined $250, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse class for domestic violence.
Shannon L. Cunning, 45, Youngstown, was sentenced to eight days in jail (credited) and fined $435 for driving under suspension, drug paraphernalia and a stop sign violation.
Dajeauna Latrice Adams, 24, Indian Run Drive, Canfield, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
DeShawn J. Evans, 25, Youngstown, was fined $50 for a red light violation. A charge of possession of drugs was dismissed.
Mathhew D. Kline, 57, Avella, Pa., was fined $130 for no driver’s license and expire plate.
Jared B. Yerby, 39, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $135 for speed and no driver’s license.
William R. Nelson, 27, Cleveland, was fined $185 for driving under suspension and speed.
Stephen W. Bell, 36, East Third Street, Salem, was sentenced to 10 days in jail (credited) and fined $150 for obstructing official business.
Ericka L. Cash, 56, Clewell Drive, Lisbon, was fined $250 for illegal sale of tobacco.
