LISBON -- Jaden Whittingham, 23, Elmira, N.Y., was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury in 2020 for a felony charge of possession of LSD for allegedly possessing an amount of heroin equal to or exceeding 10 unit doses, but less than 50 unit doses on June 30, 2019.
