LISBON -- Secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury and recently served included:
-- Steven Summers, 47, Vale Street, East Liverpool, fourth-degree felony possession of cocaine for allegedly possessing cocaine on April 1, 2022 in an amount equal to or exceeding 5 grams, but less than 10 grams.
-- Dawn Johnson, 51, Youngstown, two counts nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for two children from March 7, 2021 to March 5, 2023.
-- Richard Short, 55, Rose Drive, Lisbon, failure to verify address, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to provide his address on Feb. 27 as required of a registered sex offender.
-- John R. Wagner, 36, state Route 165, East Palestine, fifth-degree felony charge of failure to fulfill violent offender database duties. The indictment alleged that Wagner was a violent offender required to register his address with the sheriff's office and failed to do that on Feb. 21.
