LISBON -- A pretrial was set June 5 for Lucas Keck, charged with marked lanes and texting while driving and failure to comply. Keck allegedly failed to pull over for a traffic stop after an officer observed the marked lanes violation on May 13. The pursuit reached speeds of 90 miles per hour before officers called off the chase for safety reasons. He was later apprehended at a residence.

Zachariah Heston, Alliance, 27, was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served after an amended charge of telecommunications harassment to attempted telecommunications harassment after posting a photo of a female on social media.

Mariah McClellan, 32, Trish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, was fined $875 and 90 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three days served and 40 hours of community service for OVI. She was also ordered to attend a three-day driving prevention program.

Gary Mills, 53, Youngstown, was fined $750 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 24 days served, for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Mills contacted a female on social media and offered to exchange drugs for sexual activity. He was arrested by officers after traveling to New Waterford to do so on April 22. He had both methamphetamine and adderall in his possession.

Hunter Congrove, 20, state Route 45 was fined $450 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served for two counts of wildlife violations and failure to obtain permission. Congrove hunted canada geese out of season.

Carol Jackson, 57, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $1,075, 20 hours of community service and 90 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three days served for OVI, driving under suspension and failure to control. She was also ordered to attend a three-day driving prevention class.

A pretrial was set Aug. 8 for Kyle Farley, 32, Cortland, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Farley allegedly agreed to exchange sexual activity for $100 during a conversation with an undercover agent and traveling to Salem on April 25.

A pretrial was set Aug. 15 for Robert Stoffer, 67, New Castle, Pa., charged with OVI, engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Stoffer allegedly agreed to exchange $100 for sexual activity and traveling to Salem after answering an undercover online ad on May 12.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Myron Youngblood, 42, Monroe Street, East Liverpool, charged with littering, possession of marijuana, criminal trespass, open areas and a garbage/trash/litter adjacent property violation. Youngblood allegedly was found sleeping in the Market Street Lofts in East Liverpool on several occasions. The other charges stem from garbage and trash allegedly piled up in the alley next to his apartment and a call officers responded to Youngblood's residence on Dec. 6 when he allegedly was found to be in possession of marijuana and cooking/heating his home with a wood-burning grill.
