--William Meissner, 67, Damascus, was cited for failure to control after his northbound vehicle on Valley Road went off the right side of the roadway, striking a brick post, and a utility pole at 3:04 p.m. Sunday in Butler Township. No injuries were reported.
--Sara Papa, 37, Columbiana, was cited for a right of way violation after her westbound vehicle on Heck Road failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Heck Road and state Route 7, striking a vehicle driven southbound on state Route 7 by William Hum, 75, Salem at 10:59 a.m. Friday in Fairfield Township. Papa was treated on scene for suspected minor injuries by Columbiana EMS.
--Robert Loughley, 68, Wellsville, was cited for failure to control after his eastbound vehicle on Hammond School Road, went partially off the left side of the roadway, striking a garbage can and a mailbox at 3:54 p.m. in Madison Township. No injuries were reported.
--Thomas Morrison, 52, Marion, was cited for failure to control after his westbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 went off the right side of the roadway striking an embankment and a ditch at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday in Center Township. No injuries were reported.
--Steven Wukotich, 22, Lisbon, was cited for a right of way violation after his northeast bound vehicle on Osbourne Road failed to yield when turning onto state Route 45, causing it to be struck by a vehicle driven southeast bound by Richard Clendenning, 47, Lisbon, at 7:49 p.m. May 29, in Madison Township. No injuries were reported.
--Zachary Marnin, 29, Minerva, was cited for assured clear distance ahead, after his eastbound vehicle on state Route 14 struck the rear of a vehicle driven eastbound by Leslie Ferguson, 64, Salem, at 3:20 p.m. May 27 in the village of Washingtonville. Ferguson had possible injuries but refused treatment on scene by Green Township EMS.
--Benjamin Mahon, 23, East Palestine, was cited for distracted driving, marked lanes, and a seatbelt violation after his westbound vehicle on state Route 558 went off the right side of the roadway, striking an embankment and a ditch at 2:40 p.m. May 26. No injuries were reported.
