GRAND JURY
LISBON — A woman accused of causing serious physical harm to a man while operating a Chevy Equinox was served Sunday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for several charges, including aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony.
Tarah Desatnik, 38, Middle Street, Homeworth, was also charged with fifth-degree felony endangering children and two misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The charges all stem from an incident July 28, 2022.
