LISBON -- In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, an East Liverpool woman was recently sentenced to prison for a pursuit which ended when she crashed her vehicle. Kira Price, 34, Bloomfield Road, was sentenced to 18 months for failure to comply (fleeing and eluding) and driving under suspension. Price fled from police attempting a traffic stop on May 13 in St. Clair Township, accelerating to speeds between 100 and 120 miles per hour and striking a tractor trailer in a construction zone, disabling her vehicle.
