Shepard's passenger, Joseph Windell, 41, East Palestine, was transported to Mercy Health Youngstown by Columbiana EMS for suspected minor injuries.
-- Jonathan Best, 17, Columbiana, was cited for failure to yield after his vehicle failed to yield when turning onto Fairfield School Road and was struck by a vehicle driven north on Fairfield School Road by Jillian Zuch, 33, East Palestine, at 2:49 p.m. Thursday in Fairfield Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Christopher Thorn, 28, Bristolville, was cited for failure to yield after his vehicle failed to yield to traffic while entering state Route 7 from a private drive and was struck by a vehicle driven north on state Route 7 by Austin Miller, 16, East Liverpool, at 11:12 a.m. Thursday in Madison Township. Miller was treated on scene by West Point EMS for suspected minor injuries and Thorn was transported to East Liverpool hospital by West Point EMS for suspected minor injuries.
-- William Kiehl, 79, Rogers, was traveling south on Millrock Road when it caught fire at 3:42 p.m. in Unity Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Victor Hull, 70, Kensington, was cited for failure to yield after his southbound vehicle on state Route 9 struck a vehicle driven west on state Route 172 by Stephanie Cooper-Bickerton at 4:23 p.m. Sept. 6 in Hanover Township. No injuries were reported.

Rambo was treated on scene for suspected minor injuries.
