PERRY TOWNSHIP -- A traffic stop in Perry Township led to three arrests last week.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black 2022 Jeep SUV at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 5 for a speed violation. After speaking with the driver, Petra Montgomery, 26, Lisbon, she was taken into custody charged with OVI, driving without a license, speeding, and open container.
The stop also resulted in the arrest of Montgomery's two passengers.
Danny Donohue, 67, Lisbon, was arrested for disorderly conduct and open container. The second passenger, Curtis Gearhart, 39, Lisbon, was arrested for open container, obstructing official business, intimidation and aggravated menacing.
All three were transported to the Columbiana County Jail, and the vehicle was removed by Sinsley's Towing.
