LISBON -- Jarell A. Washington, 34, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment on drug charges out of the Columbiana County Grand Jury while at the Columbiana County Jail Sept. 29.
Washington is charged with illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing alprazolam without a prescription while at a detention facility April 9, 2022.
-- Defendants served Monday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury included:
-- Emmanuel Rodgers, 23, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing and packaging for sale methamphetamine in an amount equal or more than five times the bulk amount but less than 50 times the bulk amount on Dec. 8, 2022.
-- Carley Eckman, 30, Prospect Street, Salem, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 10, 2022.
-- David Watkins, 41, Greenwich, nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for a child from Dec. 20, 2020 to Dec. 18, 2022.
-- Tiffany Keys, 40, Midland, Pa., possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing heroin on Oct. 9, 2020.
