-- Susan Benner, 49, Homeworth, was cited for assured clear distance ahead and distracted driving after her eastbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 struck the rear of a stationary vehicle driven by Benjamin Kline, 48, Magnolia, at 2:56 p.m. Oct. 31 in West Township. Kline suffered suspected minor injuries.
-- Gregory Finnegan, 74, Rogers, was cited for failure to control after his westbound vehicle on state Route 558 went off the right side of the roadway striking a utility pole, overturning and striking a mailbox at 12:43 p.m. Oct. 31 in Salem Township. No injuries were reported.
-- Steven Barr, 37, Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, was cited for failure to control, driving without a license, OVI and a seatbelt violation after his southwestbound vehicle on Latta Road failed to negotiate a curve a traveled off the right side of the roadway striking to trees at 7:02 p.m. Oct. 30 in Unity Township. Barr was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital by East Palestine EMS for suspected minor injuries.
-- Alex Lewis, 34, Minerva, was cited for failure to control and OVI after his southwestbound vehicle on Rochester Road went off the right side of the roadway striking a utility pole at 8:22 p.m. Oct. 28 in West Township. No injuries were reported.
