Officers advised the caller that since the ex is on the same plan nothing criminal had occurred and it was a civil matter, and that she should contact her provider to cancel the plan and start her own.

Officers were able to locate the man walking down North Lincoln at Superior and transported him to his family.

Officers gathered written statements from the juvenile and a witness and advised it would be sent to the prosecutor's office.

Officers located the man on East State Street who advised he did not need medical attention and was having a bad day. The man was advised to stop yelling and causing a disturbance and was given a disorderly conduct warning.
