-- Officers responded to the 1200 block of Mound Street at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday at the request of the juvenile court to see if a woman was present at the residence. Officers spoke with a resident who advised the woman was not there.
-- John Bialik, 47, Youngstown, was cited for no driver's license and improper backing after his vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Logan Taylor at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday while backing out of a private driveway in the 1200 block of Mound Street.
-- Officers responded with the fire department to the 1300 block of Robin Avenue at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday for a medical call. Officers stood by and assisted as needed. The fire department transported the man the Salem Regional Medical Center for treatment.
-- Officers responded to the 300 block of North Ellsworth Avenue at 7:43 p.m. Tuesday for an ambulance needed call. Officers and medics spoke with the woman in question who was transported to the hospital.
-- Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Perry Street at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday for a speak with officer report. The caller advised that a purchase was made on her debit card for $210 at 5:30 a.m. that morning. The caller advised that the bank canceled her debit card and refunded the money, but she needed a report on file.
-- Officers responded to the area of Shady Lane near Orchard bend Drive at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a person in the middle of the road. Officers located a person matching the description given by the caller but did not observe them to be in the roadway or doing anything illegal.
-- Officers responded to the 100 block of West State Street at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday to assist the Mahoning County Human Trafficking Task Force with an arrest in the city. The person was transported to the Columbiana County Jail.
-- Officers spoke to a woman at the police department at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday who advised that she had a speaker missing from her residence and believes an ex-roommate may have stolen it. Officers gathered all pertinent information and advised the caller to contact the department if there were any further issues.
-- Officers responded to the 600 block of East Second Street at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday for wellness check. Officers were unable to contact the person in question but did speak with a neighbor who advised they'd seen the man in question recently.
-- Officers on patrol in the 500 block of East Perry Street at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday located a person with an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the person, Jamie Tice Jr., 23, Salineville, was taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest officers located contraband, which was collected and turned over to the Columbiana County Drug Enforcement Task Force. Tice was transported to the police department for processing and later transported to the Columbiana County Jail.
-- Officers responded to the 1200 block of Cedar Ridge Drive at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday for a reported parking complaint. Officers located the vehicle which was parked in a no parking zone and made contact with the owner. Officers advised the owner of the complaint who advised that she would move the vehicle.
-- The school resource officer requested the fire department and EMT transport a male student to Akron Children's in Boardman at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday. The student was transported by EMT.
-- Officers responded to the 2200 block of Lexington Avenue at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday for a wellness check. Officers were able to make contact with the person in question, advising them of the complaint.
Lisbon
-- Officers were flagged down in the police department parking lot and told of a hit-skip crash that occurred at the intersection of West Lincoln Way and North Market Street at 6:23 a.m. Monday. A woman said a white utility van struck her driver's side mirror and failed to stop. She could not provide a name on the vehicle or a license plate number. Police plan to investigate other camera angles to attempt to discern information about the van.
-- Police responded to the 7000 block of Dickey Drive for a security alarm at 1:17 a.m. Sunday. All doors and windows were checked and found to be secure.
-- Police conducted a welfare check on a man in the 200 block of East Lincoln Way at 1:07 p.m. Jan. 17. The man stated he was OK.
-- Officers responded to a security alarm at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 4111 on East Lincoln Way at 8:01 a.m. Jan. 16. The rear door was found to be unlocked. The building was cleared and police later walked through the building at the keyholder's request.
-- Officers assisted a state trooper on North Market Street during a traffic stop at 1:07 a.m. Jan. 16 by deploying K9 Otis, which located 8 grams of suspected narcotics.
-- During a traffic stop at 10:07 p.m. Jan. 15, officers arrested a Louisville man after finding he had a warrant through the Richland County Sheriff's Office.
-- Police responded to state Route 517 for a report of a disabled vehicle at 2:16 p.m. Jan. 15. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was notified due to the semi-truck being out of the Lisbon Police Department's jurisdiction.
-- Police took a report of theft by a former employee at Circle K at 1:34 p.m. Jan. 15. After investigation, the case was sent to the Columbiana County Prosecutor for grand jury.
-- Police responded to the 300 block of Chestnut Street for a 911 hang-up call at 11:46 a.m. Jan. 15. They were unable to make contact with anyone at the residence.
-- An officer responded to Community Action Agency of Columbiana County for a security alarm at 7:56 a.m. Jan. 15. An employee had set it off.
-- An officer responded to Circle K for a reported theft at 6:29 p.m. Sept. 5 and forwarded information to a detective. Circle K did not provide video for the incident. The license plate, name, and vehicle description provided did not match.
