-- Tracy Miller, 44, Alliance, was cited for turn and stop signals after she was driving west on Salem Grange Road in Butler Township and turned left into a private drive, failing to yield and striking a vehicle, driven by Scharlott Barth, 22, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, traveling east in the opposite lane at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday.
-- Robert Wohlford, 51, Akron, was cited for reasonable control when the tractor-trailer he was driving southwest on state Route 518 in Madison Township drove off the right side of the road, striking a utility pole, while negotiating a curve at 8:40 p.m. Monday.
-- A hit-skip occurred when a tractor-trailer, described as blue with an empty flatbed trailer, traveling northwest on state Route 170 in Unity Township was driven left of center and into the path of a vehicle in the opposite lane traveling southeast, driven by Breanna Lewis, 27, New Middletown, causing Lewis to swerve to the right and drive off of the road, striking a guardrail, at 1:49 p.m. Feb. 11.
-- Ayden Agee, 18, Canfield, was cited for failure to yield intersections after the vehicle he was driving south on Woodville Road in Fairfield Township failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by another vehicle, driven by a juvenile, traveling east on state Route 558 at 2:43 p.m. Feb. 9.
-- Charlotte Eichler, 50, Mechanicstown, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reasonable control after the vehicle she was driving southwest on state Route 154 traveled left of center, going off of the left side of the road, striking a concrete culvert and an embankment at 4:59 p.m. Feb. 8.
-- Jade Waite, 24, Leetonia, was flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown by Stat Medvac with injuries to her head, left arm, and left leg, after the vehicle she was driving east on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township went off of the right side of the road and then off of the left side of the road, striking a tree at 3:57 p.m. Feb. 7. A juvenile passenger was also transported by emergency medical services to St. Elizabeth with no visible injuries.
-- Logan Rhodes, 19, East High Street, Salineville, was cited for assured clear distance after the vehicle he was driving eastbound on U.S. Route 30 in West Township struck the vehicle in front of him, driven by Caleb Wyatt, 26, Minerva, that was stopped waiting for the vehicle in front to make a left-hand turn at 2:57 p.m. Feb. 7.
-- A juvenile was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle they were driving east on Hunter Camp Road in Center Township drove off of the right side of the road, striking a tree, at 2:48 p.m. Feb. 7.
