GRAND JURY
LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of trying to hit a woman with a vehicle was among the defendants issued open indictments this week by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
Tyler Corbisello, 29, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, third-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly trying to physically harm a woman with a vehicle, striking her multiple times on the back of her head and choking her during a physical altercation March 3 in Salineville.
The grand jury issued 27 open indictments and 24 secret indictments after meeting for two days. Secret indictments are not made public until the defendant is served with the paperwork.

The remaining open indictments included:
— Alan Summers, 57, West Egypt Road, Minerva, charged with second-degree felony burglary, fourth-degree felony trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, and misdemeanors of criminal trespass and two counts of criminal damaging for allegedly attempting to break into a residence on Knox School Road, West Township on March 22 by putting a ladder up to the kitchen window, breaking it out and attempting to gain entry. An affidavit said he admitted to breaking into the detached garage on the property by breaking a window and leaving his shoes and stocking cap inside the garage.
— David Choma, 45, Newark, Del., third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony theft and misdemeanors of possession of drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop in Columbiana on April 4, several paper folds, snort straws and syringes were found in the vehicle, along with cosmetics and skin care products allegedly stolen from Rite Aid, with property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500. An affidavit noted the theft involved $2,071 worth of merchandise. Choma allegedly attempted to destroy evidence by throwing it out of the vehicle window, but the evidence landed back inside the vehicle.
— Misha Morris, 43, Middleton, Del., third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony theft and misdemeanors of possession of drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop in Columbiana on April 4, several paper folds, snort straws and syringes were found in the vehicle, along with cosmetics and skin care products allegedly stolen from Rite Aid, with property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500. An affidavit noted the theft involved $2,071 worth of merchandise. Morris used the bathroom at the Columbiana police station and a plastic baggy with a blue paper fold fell out of her underwear onto the floor, an affidavit said.
— Courtney Orr, 33, state Route 45, Leetonia, third-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a female relative’s arms and shoulders and placing her hands around her throat and pushing her during an altercation April 3 in Salineville, causing the victim to have trouble breathing and to fear for her life and safety.
— Kevin Scott Neely, 42, Youngstown, third-degree felony intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, fourth-degree felonies of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and assault and misdemeanors of resisting arrest, obstructing official business and criminal damaging for allegedly breaking into a house in Wellsville and sleeping on the living room floor on April 1, being found by the resident. When officers asked the man his name, he allegedly said his name was “sweet thang,” threatened the resident when police arrested him and resisted arrest. While being placed in the cruiser, he allegedly kicked an officer in the leg.
— Logan Mitchell Larlham, 26, Youngstown, third-degree felonies of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felonies of attempted promoting prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and requesting to have a female brought to his hotel in Boardman so she could provide sex for hire services and refer her clients to him for drug sales. He arranged for a driver to take him to East Palestine to pick up the female on April 6 and possessed the cell phone used to make the arrangements and methamphetamine.
— Robert Pavalko, 44, Youngstown, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor permitting drug abuse for allegedly possessing methamphetamine while transporting another man to East Palestine on April 6, knowing the other man was committing a felony drug offense.
— Orlando D. Walker, 33, Cleveland, third-degree felony having weapons while under disability for allegedly having a gun on Feb. 4 while prohibited from having weapons due to a previous drug conviction.
— Joseph Mitchell Jr., 33, Hamilton Road, East Palestine, second-degree felony failure to register for allegedly failing to report his address as part of the sex offender registration to the sheriff’s office on May 10, 2021 when he moved to East Palestine from Pennsylvania.
— David Price, 53, Chester, W.Va., misdemeanor assault for allegedly trying to cause physical harm to another man on April 7.
— Dana Inherst, 33, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, third-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly forcefully grabbing hold of a woman and ripping the necklace from her neck and then slamming her to the ground on March 23 in East Liverpool.
— Donald Tanner Jones, 32, Allison Park, Pa., third-degree felony compelling prostitution, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and misdemeanor engaging in prostitution for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of an adult female and a minor juvenile, arranging for sexual conduct with both females in exchange for $160 and arriving in East Palestine on Jan. 15 for the meeting with the cell phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
— Anthony Allan Thompson, also known as Jessica Thompson, 39, Monroeville, Pa., fourth-degree felony promoting prostitution, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and misdemeanors of procuring and soliciting for allegedly posting an ad on a known prostitution website offering sexual acts for hire. Thompson was contacted by an undercover agent and offered to provide sexual acts in exchange for $200 and then offered a female for sex acts and transported her to the location in East Palestine on April 14.
— Randall Morris, 60, McCormick Run Road, Lisbon, fifth-degree felonies of two counts improper handling of firearm in a motor vehicle and misdemeanors of two counts OVI for allegedly possessing a loaded handgun in his disabled vehicle when a trooper found him impaired Nov. 25, 2023.
