-- James Soker, 57, Girard, was cited for failure to control after the vehicle he was driving westbound on Bowman Road went off of the right side of the road, striking a ditch at 10:50 p.m. April 22.

-- A hit-skip occurred when a vehicle driving northwest on state Route 644 in Franklin Township went off of the left side of the road and struck a sign at 7:58 p.m. April 21.

-- Justin Skiba, 35, Cleveland Street, Salem, was cited for failure to control after the vehicle he was driving southeast on state Route 45 in Center Township went off of the right side of the road, striking three mailboxes, at 7:24 p.m. April 20.

-- Kenneth Randlett, 18, North Johnson Road, Sebring, was cited for right of way when turning left and seat belt after the vehicle he was driving eastbound on Georgetown Road in Knox Township was turning left onto Knox School Road, failed to yield, and caused another vehicle, driven by Austin Border, 22, Weaver Road, East Rochester, driving west on Georgetown Road to leave the right side of the road and strike a utility pole at 4:57 p.m. April 20.

-- Brian Pearl, 54, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control after the vehicle he was driving northwest on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township went off of the right side of the road, striking a utility pole and a fence at 12:20 p.m. April 20.

-- Ashley Davis, 39, East Main Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control, hit-skip, and suspended license after the vehicle she was driving southbound on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township went off of the left side of the road and continued over a private driveway striking two trees at 2:26 p.m. April 19. Davis left the scene on foot.
