— A man on state Route 14, Unity Township, reported at 9:05 p.m. Saturday that a family member stole his ball hat, but then returned it when he advised he was calling the sheriff.

— A woman on Walnut Grove Lane, Unity Township, called at 7:21 p.m. Saturday to request her son, who does not live at the residence, be removed from the home and property. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the son, who was getting into his vehicle and leaving.

— Deputies were dispatched at 9:28 p.m. Friday to a disturbance on U.S. Route 30, West Township, where a resident asked three others to get off of his property. They left.

— A man on Hazel Run Road, Washington Township, reported at 8:10 p.m. Friday that there was a loud vehicle outside his garage and some type of saw or drill sound could be heard, with someone possibly attempting to break into his garage. A deputy checked around the garage and the area but didn’t find anyone. The man said it appeared someone was using a drill on a man door going into the garage due to drill marks on the lock.

— A woman from Steubenville requested a report on file at 7:34 p.m. Friday that she was having custody issues with her son’s father, who resides in Salineville. She was advised to contact an attorney.

— Deputies were dispatched to Depot Road, Hanover Township for a juvenile-related report at 7:40 p.m. Thursday.

— At 3:10 a.m. Nov. 27, deputies received a call from a Center Township resident who reported seeing a suspicious person around their property. Deputies responded and located a woman near the area. After further investigation, it was discovered she had a warrant out of the Columbiana County’s Sheriff’s Office for assault, and was arrested. Kacandra Seddon, 43, North 16th Street, Sebring, was charged with assault for an alleged incident at Family Dollar in Salem on Aug. 16.
