Perry Township
— Officers responded to the 1200 block of East Pidgeon Road at 2:03 a.m. Wednesday for a report of a person possibly driving around an apartment building. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate anyone.
— Officers responded to the 1300 block of West State Street at 7:39 p.m. Feb. 4 for a reported domestic in progress. Officers found the matter to be a verbal argument between parties with nothing physical nor any threats reported. The involved parties separated for the night.
— Officers responded to the 1200 block of East Pidgeon Road at 5:44 p.m. Feb. 4 to assist Columbiana County Sheriff’s deputies with a standby. The person in question was served with a no contact order and retrieved his belongings.
— Officers responded to Salem Acres at 2:13 p.m. Feb. 4 to speak with the caller about not receiving a package. The caller advised that she received an email stating her package was delivered and that when she checked outside for the package, she could not locate it. They also advised that they had contacted the business who advised that the package was signed for but that she does not know the person that signed for it. Officers advised that a report would be on file.
— Officers responded to the 1800 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 1:55 p.m. Feb. 4 for a reported person to be removed. The caller advised they wanted their son removed and officers advised they could not do so since he lived at the residence.
— Officers responded to the 300 block of East Pidgeon Road at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 4 for a reported dog bite. The caller advised that he was bitten by a dog on the right leg while doing work for the homeowner. The caller advised that the bite broke the skin with a small amount of blood. The caller wanted the incident documented.
— Officers spoke with a person by phone at 1:38 p.m. Feb. 4 for a reported civil issue. The caller advised their soon to be ex-husband is destroying her personal property while she is not at the residence.
