Grand Jury
LISBON — Two drug defendants were served Tuesday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
Thomas Hilty, 40, Niles, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Sept. 29, 2024.
Michael David Bruce, 29, state Route 7, Rogers, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Oct. 27, 2023.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Ronald Baker Jr., 52, Painesville, was placed on an intervention plan for 18 months after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 5, 2022.
