Columbiana Reports

–Steven Faulkner, of Columbiana, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. May 10 in the first block of Camelot Drive on an active warrant out of Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office.

— An officer responded at 9:24 p.m. May 9 to the area of Harmony Village for a family dispute. The scene was successfully cleared and a trespass warning issued.

— Police performed a welfare check at 12:38 p.m. May 9 in the 300 block of Firestone Avenue.

— An officer took a private property crash report at 9:08 a.m. May 9 in the Columbiana School District bus garage area.

— Christopher Williams, no address listed, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. May 8 on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and an open container near Village Plaza.

— Cynthia Moffett, of Columbiana, was cited at 10:34 pm. May 8 in the 300 block of North Main Street with driving under suspension, after a routine traffic stop.

— Jennifer Whaley, of Columbiana was served at 10:51 a.m. May 8 on an active warrant out of the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office.

— Police took a scam report at 6:50 p.m. May 7 in the 200 block of West Friend Street.

— Officers responded at 3:30 p.m. May 7 to the 200 block of Allen Avenue in reference to a theft report.

— A male complainant reported a hit-skip crash at 9:21 p.m. May 5 in the eastbound lane of state Route 14 and state Route 46. He said the other vehicle fled after rear-ending his vehicle. Two witnesses accompanied him.

— Criminal charges are pending against William Wright, no address listed, as a result of an incident at 8:45 p.m. May 5 in the 400 block of Union Street. Dispatched to the location for a suicidal male, police had to take Wright and admit him into the hospital on a mandatory hold for a mental evaluation as a result of him refusing to obey police commands.

— Sheri Hartley, no address listed, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at 8:03 p.m. May 4 in the 1000 block of Fairfield Avenue by officers responded to investigate an open 911 call.

— A caller from the 300 block of South Main Street reported a theft incident at 5:15 p.m. May 4.
