LISBON — A Salem man who violated the terms of his probation must serve 24 months in prison for multiple drug counts.

Wesley Clark, 35, Franklin Street, appeared in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court recently for a probation revocation hearing. His community control was dishonorably terminated and he was resentenced.

Clark was sentenced to 10 months each for two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of posssession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies, and 24 months for illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony, with all the prison terms ordered served at the same time, for the total of 24 months. He received credit for 290 days already served.

Clark possessed methamphetamine on Sept. 1, 2023 and buprenorphine and psilocyn on Sept. 26, 2023. On Aug. 21, 2024, he possessed buprenorphine and attempted to take drugs into a detention facility.
