LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against George S. Feezle III, 50, Enon Valley, Pa., were bound over to the county grand jury for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, fourth-degree felony burglary and misdemeanors of criminal trespass and violate a protection order for an incident that occurred Jan. 18 in Salem.
Feezle was accused of joining in the assault of a man by another man who used a pair of channel locks to assault the victim. Feezle had allegedly fled the scene, then officers were called back to the East Third Street, Salem property where they found him hiding under a large bean bag chair in the basement, resulting in the burglary charge due to a witness seeing him make entry through an unlocked window. The homeowner also reported Feezle had come to the residence earlier in the day and was yelling at her when she told him to leave and refused. He claimed he told her he couldn’t leave until his ride arrived later in the evening. She had a protection order against him and he was at her residence.
A case against Patrick Joseph Dilworth, 38, New Springfield, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony compelling prostitution and fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of a juvenile female being portrayed as a foster child runaway and arranging to have sexual activity with her in exchange for $140, then traveling to East Palestine on Nov. 19 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. According to the affidavit, he was previously convicted of engaging in prostitution in July.
A preliminary hearing was set March 25 for Frederick J. Webb, 48, Van Buren Avenue, Salem, charged with purchase/possess vehicle without vin, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having a car without a vin tag or title on Oct. 13, 2025. Perry Township police officers were called for a civil dispute over a car and Webb allegedly said the vehicle in question, a 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, did not have vin tag or title, the affidavit said. The titled owner, A Vino Auto Sales LTD provided a copy of the title for the vehicle and written statements that the vehicle had a vin tag when it left the car lot. Screenshots listing the vehicle on Facebook Marketplace as a 1988 were also provided. Webb alleged that he bought the vehicle without a vin tag and claimed he didn’t know where it was. The affidavit alleged the violation was to conceal or destroy identity.
A pretrial was set April 8 for Donald James Hunt, 52, Macrum Street, East Liverpool, charged with negligent assault for allegedly striking a pedestrian with his vehicle on June 26, 2025 in East Liverpool, causing her to fall to the ground and scuff her knee and ankle.
Jamaar C. Pullie, 38, First Street, Wellsville, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 120 days suspended and credit for one day served, leaving 59 days still to serve for three counts of assault. He was accused of assaulting three people outside the Eagles bar in Wellsville on July 26. He was accused of pushing a woman to the ground, attempting to attack her when she got up, slamming her into a car and attempting to punch her. He kept screaming and also assaulted a couple that came to the woman’s aid, pushing the man to the ground twice and pushing the woman with him into a truck.
A pretrial was set April 13 for George R. House, 41, St. Jacobs-Logtown Road, Lisbon, charged with assault for allegedly punching, pushing and hitting a woman with a car door during an incident on McCann Road in Columbiana County on June 26, 2025.
A pretrial was set April 13 for Arrianna E. Gutierrez, 21, Walnut Street, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting another woman twice and shoving her during an argument which became physical on Jan. 27 in Rogers. She was ordered to stay away from the victim.
A pretrial was set Feb. 4 for Lance James Bishop, 19, Walnut Street, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly kicking a woman during an argument multiple times in the head, face and body, causing a bump to the top of her head and injuring her arm on Jan. 27 in Rogers. He was ordered to stay away from the victim.
James A. Engel, 56, Morris Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from menacing for threatening other drivers in the drive-thru of Dunkin Donuts in Columbiana on July 5, 2025.
Rachael Ann Thomas, 35, North Shadylane Drive, East Palestine, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Thomas was accused of striking a man in the forehead in the process of knocking items off of his desk on Jan. 15 in East Palestine.
Brook Hunter, 34, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 150 days suspended and credit for two days served, leaving a balance of 28 days to serve in jail for receiving stolen property. A jail term for violating her probation for a 2025 case of theft was ordered served at the same time. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community service, to take a theft prevention course and to have no contact with the victim. She was accused of having stolen hubcaps in her possession on Jan. 16 in Salem.
Dylan Charles Walsh, 24, last known address Lacroft Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, with credit for 20 days served, leaving no time to serve for violating his probation for two 2024 traffic cases. He was also fined $600 and sentenced to 24 days in jail, with credit for 22 days served, leaving a balance of two days to serve in jail for resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia, unauthorized plate, a stop sign violation and two counts of no valid license. Walsh fled on foot when advised of a warrant on May 16, 2025 in East Liverpool and was tased. He had a glass pipe commonly used for smoking meth in his pocket.
Frederick A. Kirby, 50, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $815 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 77 days suspended and credit for 13 days served, for operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension and required lights. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. He was also fined $300 for drug paraphernalia and possession of a drug abuse instrument. Kirby possessed a burnt metal crack pipe during a traffic stop on April 10, 2025 in East Liverpool and a loaded syringe during a traffic stop on May 3, 2025 in East Liverpool.
Keith David Crum, 24, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was fined $1,175 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, with $500 of the fine suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.
A pretrial was set April 6 for Berice D. Frederick, 51, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.
A pretrial was set Feb. 9 for Jeri Renee Dean, 38, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set April 7 for Ashley M. Rogers, 40, Canton, charged with driving under suspension.
A court trial was set Feb. 11 for Scott E. Noling, 65, North Market Street, Minerva, charged with failure to dim lights.

Terry Lee Buckel Jr., 56, Clement Way, East Liverpool, was fined $475 for expired license, unauthorized plate, and two counts of driving under suspension.

LISBON — Andrew P. Deal, 47, East Main Street, Washingtonville, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support from Jan. 3, 2021 to Jan. 1, 2023.

LISBON — An Alliance man accused of having sexual conduct with a teen over a three-year period entered a guilty plea to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Matthew A. Grate, 42, will face sentencing in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on March 2 for the third-degree felony. A second count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor will be dismissed.
According to the indictment, Grate engaged in sexual conduct starting when the victim was 13 years old, from July 3, 2020 to July 2, 2023.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Nicholas Todd Evans, 27, Niles, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree felony amended compelling prostitution, fourth-degree felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and fifth-degree felony importuning, with sentencing set for April 2. Charges of possessing criminal tools and falsification were dismissed. He allegedly requested sexual conduct from an undercover agent he believed to be a 15-year-old girl for an agreed upon price of $80 and then drove to Salem on Dec. 15, 2024 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. On Dec. 15, 2024, he also allegedly made a false statement with the purpose to mislead a public official.
— Jeffrey Steffel, 43, East State Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to misdemeanors of trespassing, criminal damaging, resisting arrest and obstructing official business, with sentencing set for April 2. He was originally charged with a fourth-degree felony trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present. He was accused of forcing his way into a Pembrooke Drive, Salem residence on June 1, 2025, breaking the door and frame, then refusing commands from a Perry Township police officer who told him to get up to exit the residence and also resisting arrest.
