Highway Patrol

— Charles John Bloor, Chestnut Street in Leetonia, was cited at 2:56 p.m. Jan. 20 in Hanover Township for failure to control, after crashing his vehicle while traveling eastbound on U.S. Route 30 and going off the left side of road, striking a ditch.

— Margaret King, of Center Road in Alliance, was cited at 3:19 p.m. Jan. 20 for a left of center violation, after her southbound vehicle traveled across the center line and struck a northbound Sandy Kolm, of Center Road in Alliance.

— Kurt Holloway, of Brookfield Avenue in Lisbon, was cited at 12:35 p.m. Jan. 20 in Center Township for a right of way violation, after he pulled from a private driveway onto Grant into the path of Sara Merriman, of Hazel Run Road in Salineville, and was struck.

— Caleb Ruthrauff, of Derr Avenue in Beloit, was cited at 1:22 p.m. Jan. 23 in Knox Township for failure to control, after his northbound vehicle failed to negotiate a curve on Rochester Road, went off the right side of the road, struck a culvert and overturned.

— Rylee Johnson, of Sebring, was cited at noon Jan. 30 in Knox Township for failure to control, after failing to obey a stop sign while traveling at the intersection of Hartley and Case roads and driving off the west side of Case into a snowbank.

— Benjamin Ackerman, of Metz Road in Columbiana, was cited at 6:55 p.m. Jan. 26 in Fairfield Township for failure to control, after his westbound vehicle traveled off the right side of Metz Road and struck two utility poles.
