— A deputy was dispatched at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday to a report of littering on Augusta Road near Ridge Road, West Township, finding a twin mattress and box spring left on the road against a snow bank. The items were photographed and dragged off the roadway onto the west shoulder. The deputy contacted West Township for removal of the items from the roadway. No suspects were identified after talking with witnesses.

— Officers responded to the 500 block of East Fourth Street at 7 p.m. Wednesday for a wellness check. Officers received no answer at the person in question’s apartment, but after speaking to neighbors, it was determined that they were in Columbus taking care of a sick relative.

— Officers responded to the 500 block of Continental Drive at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday for a wellness check. Officers spoke with the woman about the issues they were having, and she was eventually transported to the emergency room for evaluation.

— Officers responded to the 600 block of East State Street at 1:18 p.m. Wednesday for a report of criminal mischief. Officers spoke with the involved parties and were advised that a man had inadvertently parked in the parking lot of the business and then exchanged words with someone who reportedly worked there, and after returning the vehicle from a neighboring business found that a cup of coffee had been thrown onto his vehicle. The vehicle owner reportedly went into the business to speak with the person from earlier, but they had already left the area. Officers spoke to the person who denied that he had thrown the coffee onto the other vehicle.

— Officers responded to the 1300 block of East Tenth Street at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday for a wellness check. Officers spoke with the person in question who advised that they were fine.

— Officers responded to the 200 block of West Fifth Street at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday for a report of debris in the roadway. Officers removed the item and placed it onto the curb lawn, and had dispatch notify the street department to pick up the item.

— Officers responded to the 1200 block of Cedar Ridge Drive at 6:54 a.m. Wednesday for a reported noise complaint. Officer did not hear anything from the roadway but attempted contact with the residents anyway. Officers were unable to make contact with the residents, but the music was turned down while officers were present.

— Officers responded to the 800 block of South Lundy Avenue at 5:54 a.m. Wednesday for a reported neighbor dispute. Officers found that the dispute was over loud music, and all parties were advised to contact the landlord since the music was not loud enough to constitute a violation of the noise ordinance.
