LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 9 for Amy Lynn Crummitt, 52, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and misdemeanor assault for allegedly striking an employee of Berdine’s Bar in the head with a beer bottle after being refused service on Feb. 25 and also punching a man in the face three to four times after being told to leave the bar.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 9 for Darrien J. Greenlee, 32, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with harassment with a bodily substance, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanors of obstructing official business, persistent disorderly conduct, and two courts of disorderly conduct. Greenlee was accused of spitting at police officers multiple times during an encounter and continued spitting after being warned on Feb. 26 in Lisbon. She was yelling and cursing at others and told she would be cited and persistently continued and escalated the behavior in front of officers and refused to give her identification. On Feb. 5 in Lisbon, she allegedly stepped into the center of the road on North Market Street while yelling at passing vehicles.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 9 for David Q. Rhodes, 53, Creek Road, New Waterford, charged with fourth-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a woman by the neck, causing her to have a hard time breathing, and throwing her to the ground during a domestic on Feb. 25 in Unity Township.
A pretrial was set March 11 for Larry Robert Blakely, 35, Princeton Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated menacing and two counts of assault for allegedly assaulting a man by grabbing his shirt, pushing him up against a vehicle and punching him in the face, then striking a woman who tried to break up the fight, striking her in the face. After the altercation, he allegedly went to the trunk of his vehicle, pulled out a firearm and made a threat.
A pretrial was set March 9 for Damien Troy Waggoner, 20, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pulling a woman’s hair and threatening to stab her on Feb. 26 in East Liverpool.
Thomas W. Rogers, 47, Steubenville, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 173 days suspended and credit for five days served, leaving a balance of two days still to serve for violating a protection order. He was ordered to stay away from the victim. Rogers was accused of approaching the protected person at her place of employment in East Liverpool and giving her a handwritten letter and a bouquet of flowers on Oct. 29, 2025.
David Dilullo, 62, Girard, was fined $650 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended and credit for three days served for engaging in prostitution and obstructing official business amended from failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. He was ordered to complete 30 hours community service and a prostitution prevention course. Dilullo was accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website of two women and arranged for sexual activity with the women in exchange for money, traveling to East Palestine on Dec. 28, 2025 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession, then fleeing from police officers.
A pretrial was set May 5 for Brett Daniel Shoemaker, 49, Pinconning, Mich., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for money, traveling to East Palestine on Feb. 26 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Jason Russel Oudit, 45, Freedom, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $140, then traveling to East Palestine on Feb. 25 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Scott Richard Houser, 46, Thomasville, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $100 and traveling to Unity Township on Feb. 26 for the meeting in his semi truck with the phone used to make the arrangements.
A pretrial was set May 5 for Kenneth Frank Mullin, 38, Baden, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $140 and traveling to East Palestine on Feb. 25 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set April 28 for Shawn Rodderick Horne, 54, Baden, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and two counts of possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for unprotected sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $80 and traveling to East Palestine on Feb. 17 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Phillip J. Pastine, 46, Pittsburgh, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for narcotics, sending images of the narcotics to the woman, then traveling to East Palestine on Feb. 6 for the meeting. He allegedly gave a person marijuana to bring him to the location and possessed suspected cocaine and the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. On Feb. 5, he allegedly had lingerie shipped to the alleged woman’s residence from Target, the affidavit from an agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force said.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Ashlee Sutton, 37, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly being combative with Leetonia police officers during a traffic stop on July 21, 2025, shouting multiple vulgar phrases during her arrest while officers were attempting to remove her from her vehicle. She allegedly persisted in the disorderly conduct and had refused to comply with officers when asked to step out of the vehicle and caused injury to an officer’s wrist when she was being removed. She was fined $50 for speeding.
Michelle L. Kerr, 44, last known address Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $100 and given a suspended 10-day jail term for misuse of 911 system. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. She was accused of calling 911 for non-emergency reasons at least four times on Oct. 27 at a homeless shelter in Salem Township. She had originally called to say another woman left in a vehicle and did not have a driver’s license, with dispatch given contact information for the Ohio State Highway Patrol. She was also notified by a sheriff’s deputy that her complaint was not an emergency and she was warned not to call 911 for non-emergencies. Dispatch then reported she had called for a fourth time.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Michael Anthony Catalano, 33, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging, operating a vehicle impaired first offense and reasonable control after St. Clair Township Police were called to the Calcutta Woods apartment complex on Feb. 21 for a man sitting in a pickup revving the ending and screaming he was going to kill someone. They allegedly found him passed out in the truck, not knowing who’s truck it was. The owner of the truck said he just had work done on the truck and now it won’t start. He had to have the truck towed due to the damage done to it. Catalano allegedly admitted to crashing his own vehicle on Sprucevale Road and hitting a tree earlier.
Pamela S. Risbeck, 50, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was fined $400 and sentenced to 20 days in jail for theft, possession of drug abuse instrument and possessing criminal tools. Another theft charge was dismissed. Risbeck used her purse to conceal and steal 18 items valued at $26 from the Calcutta Walmart on Nov. 24, 2025 and possessed a syringe with a red liquid inside in her jacket pocket.
A charge of criminal mischief against Raven Bucher, 29, Canton, was dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear. Bucher was accused of kicking over a woman’s security camera by the front door of her West Township residence on May 6, 2025.
Crystal L. Christy, 47, West Church Lane, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve eight days in jail, but with credit for eight days served, leaving no time to serve for violating the terms of her probation for a 2022 case drug paraphernalia/marijuana case.
A pretrial was set May 5 for Donna Bishop, no age listed, Needham Street, East Liverpool, charged with five counts of failure to file city income tax return for allegedly failing to file East Liverpool income tax returns from 2020 through 2024.
A pretrial was set May 19 for David G. Zhender, no age listed, Fairmont Street, East Liverpool, charged with six counts of failure to file city income tax return for allegedly failing to file East Liverpool income tax returns from 2020 through 2025.
A pretrial was set May 19 for Richard R. Haught II, 55, Sunnyside Street, East Liverpool, charged with six counts of failure to file city income tax return for allegedly failing to file East Liverpool income tax returns from 2020 through 2025.
Mark A. Chamberlain, 56, state Route 517, Columbiana, was fined $650 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for misdemeanor obstructing official business amended from fourth-degree felony failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and lighted lights/equipment violation. He was ordered to complete 30 hours community service. Chamberlain fled from Columbiana Police attempting to conduct a traffic stop on the side by side he was operating on Jan. 25 on state Route 7.
Norman Sleper, 58, Ravine Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 20 days in the county jail for violating the terms of his probation for a 2025 case of receiving stolen property
A pretrial was set May 5 for James John Conrad, 48, Montrose Street, East Liverpool, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension and reasonable control.
A court trial was set April 28 for Frederick Leroy Springer, 24, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, charged with peeling tires.
A pretrial was set May 5 for Jeffrey Allen Jackson, 31, Sanford Street, East Liverpool, charged with no driver’s license.
A pretrial was set May 6 for Kelly White, 46, West Fifth Street, Salem, charged with driving under suspension.
Jose Castro Jr., 26, Boardman, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and a brake lights violation.
Norman I. Shields, 55, state Route 7, Rogers, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
Tish L. Anderson, 52, Pine Hollow Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Javen Andrew Tingler, 22, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 for speeding-school zone.
Michael Earich, 25, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
