— Michael Baxter, of Weirton, was cited at 11:24 p.m. March 22 southbound on Market Street for expired registration and no motorcycle endorsement.
— Tim Hicks, no address listed, was arrested at 7:22 a.m. March 22 on an active warrant out of the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office and transported to jail while at the Valley View gas station.
— An unidentified driver was cited for a marked lane violation at 7:01 a.m. March 19 coming into town on state Route 164.
