LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Brian C. Pike, 41, Pittsburgh, Pa., were bound over to the county grand jury for failure to comply/fleeing, a third-degree felony, and misdemeanors of driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate for allegedly fleeing from an attempted traffic stop on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township on Jan. 23, leading a trooper on a high speed chase for several miles, then crashing and fleeing on foot and being taken into custody.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 1 for Marcus Lee White, 43, Mulberry Street, East Liverpool,, charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly causing serious physical harm to another man, striking the victim in the head multiple times while punching him and kicking him, rendering the victim unconscious as police and EMS arrived on March 25 in East Liverpool.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 1 for William Ronald Payton, 21, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of fourth-degree felony assault and misdemeanors of domestic violence and resisting arrest for an incident March 25 in East Liverpool. Payton was being taken into custody for domestic violence when he started pulling away from officers and was tased twice, then continued resisting officers, charging at an officer and also kicking an officer in the stomach.

A preliminary hearing was set April 1 for Jason W. Varley, 46, Richardson Avenue, Negley, charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly grabbing a woman by her hand and arm and pinning her up against a dryer on March 26 in Middleton Township.

A preliminary hearing was set April 1 for Justin A. Gibbs, 38, Cleveland Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly striking a woman in the face several times and striking her in the back of her ear on March 25 in Salem.

A preliminary hearing was set April 1 for Demien L. Ingledue, 33, East Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, charged domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly grabbing a woman by the face and striking her three times in the face and head on March 25 in Unity Township.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 1 for Drake Timothy Martin, 19, Kelly Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with fourth-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, fourth-degree felony, and misdemeanors of no valid license and failure to display valid sticker for allegedly fleeing from an attempted traffic stop while operating a motorcycle in East Liverpool on March 25.

A pretrial was set June 9 for Dakota Isaac Densmore, 22, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, charged with assault for allegedly causing physical harm to a woman when trying to take her phone off of her on March 24 in New Waterford.

Jeffrey A. Mealy, 62, Hibbetts Mill Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served, for assault. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service and to have no contact with the victims. He assaulted a man and a juvenile on Sept. 30, 2025 near the check out registers at the Calcutta Walmart, grabbing the man by the shirt and throat and then pushing him into a display case and kicking him and then pushing the juvenile.

A pretrial was set April 15 for a defendant known as No Name Given Satish, 24, South Richmond HL, N.Y., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for money to be paid via the Cash App, then traveling to East Palestine on March 25 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

A pretrial was set June 2 for Jardin O. Curtis-Tillman, 24, Pittsburgh, Pa., charged with failure to disclose one’s personal information amended from felony obstructing justice and misdemeanor obstructing official business for allegedly refusing to provide the name of a driver of a vehicle involved in an alleged incident when the driver rammed police vehicles in February in East Palestine when he was the passenger. He also allegedly refused to give any other identification of the driver after knowing the driver committed felony offenses and was wanted by law enforcement.

Cody Steven Reckner, 31, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct, with charges of resisting arrest, a stop sign violation and signal device on bicycle all dismissed. During a traffic stop on his bicycle, Reckner was accused of screaming profanities at police and then resisting when placed under arrest on Oct. 5, 2025. in Columbiana.

A pretrial was set June 9 for Eric Scott McFarland, 46, state Route 7, Lisbon, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, possessing marijuana, no valid license and improper/expired registration for allegedly possessing a baggie with a clear rock substance and a used syringe during a traffic stop on Nov. 23, 2025 in St. Clair Township.

A pretrial was set May 18 for Christopher E. Ingram, 43, Newell, W.Va., charged with criminal trespass and drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a crack pipe and trespassing after being the passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop with a person who stole a generator from the Calcutta Walmart on March 24. He was also charged as a fugitive from justice from West Virginia for a probation violation/failure to appear. He waived extradition.

Dorothy Thorn, 61, Chester, W.Va., was fined $565 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for operating a vehicle impaired. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and she was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Another OVI charge was dismissed.

Lorman A. Frye, 42, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $615 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control amended from OVI and left of center. Another OVI charge was dismissed. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

A pretrial was set May 26 for Shaun A. Suralie, 51, James Street, East Palestine, charged with no motorcycle endorsement, speeding, traffic control devices and two counts of driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set May 26 for William C. Pratz, 33, Market Street, East Liverpool, charged with OVI second offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

A pretrial was set June 1 for Brock H. Mascher, 31, West North Avenue, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense, reasonable control and open container.

A pretrial was set May 4 for Home Charles Carnes, 46, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, OVI breath second offense, driving under suspension and speeding.

A pretrial was set June 3 for Eric C. Hoppel, 70, Hoppel Drive, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension and improper/expired registration.

A court trial was set April 13 for Richard Allen Powell, 37, Campground Road, Wellsville, charged with a turn signal violation.

Dylan Michael Neely, 26, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $200 for driving under suspension and a headlights violation.

Lamont Bickley, 25, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Grand Jury

LISBON — Adam M. Gallimore, 39, East Liverpool Road, Lisbon, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for allegedly being part of a plot to get drugs into the county jail.

Gallimore was charged with third-degree felony complicity in the commission of an offense related to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse into a detention facility and fifth-degree felony possession of drugs.

According to the indictment, on Dec. 23, 2025, he aided and abetted another in the commission of an offense to bring drugs into the county jail. Gallimore’s brother, Joshua, who was also indicted and recently served, coordinated with Adam to drop a package of buprenorphine near the entrance of the Columbiana County Courthouse, then arranged for a third person to pick up the package while being transferred from jail to and from court. Adam also allegedly possessed the buprenorphine.

Also served with a secret indictment on Thursday was Ania Nalijah Amos, 22, Columbus, charged with second-degree felonies of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated trafficking in drugs, and aggravated possession of drugs, and third-degree felonies of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. The indictment alleged that on April 10, 2025, Amos allegedly trafficked and possessed fentanyl in an amount equal or greater than 10 grams but less than 20 grams, methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than five times bulk but less than 50 times bulk and cocaine in an amount equal or greater than 10 grams but less than 20 grams.
