Grand Jury

LISBON — Three separate secret indictments were served Wednesday to an East Liverpool man for drug charges.

Joseph R. Adams, 48, Holliday Street, East Liverpool, was charged with two counts of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and single third-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both with specifications for forfeiture of money from a drug case.

Adams allegedly possessed cocaine on March 14, 2025 and April 3, 2025 and possessed and attempted to sell methamphetamine in an amount equal or greater than bulk but less than five times bulk and possessed $4 on May 29, 2025.
