LISBON — An East Liverpool woman is facing potential charges in Columbiana County Municipal Court for an alleged attack on a minor.

A pretrial was set May 20 for Miranda Hull, 25, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence, endangering children, and aggravated menacing. The charges of domestic violence and endangering children stem from an incident in East Liverpool on May 5 when she allegedly grabbed a juvenile family member by the shirt and threw them across the sidewalk, and beat them about the head, face and body unprovoked before leaving them unattended in the front yard near the roadway during a mental episode. The menacing charge stems from an incident in Wellsville on May 18, 2024, when she allegedly threatened to come to a man’s home and kill them.

Scott Allen Cooper Jr., 42, Seventh Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $850 for two counts of operating a vehicle without a license, three counts of driving under suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia for possession a small bag containing a crystal-like substance consistent with methamphetamines.

Dante Wells, 22, Emerald Lane, Chester, West Virginia, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended and credit for one day served and fined $200 for theft for taking 28 items totaling $141.93 in value from Sheetz in St. Clair Township without paying on July 16.

Robert Davis, 48, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for trespassing for entering a property he had previously been told he was not welcome at twice on Nov. 17.

Peter Lingenfelter, 59, Woodledge Drive, Mineral Ridge, $1095 for OVI and speeding.

Zachary Gierlach, 28, Hood Drive, Canfield, was fined $500 for driving under suspension, reasonable control, failure to display valid sticker, and operation without proof of financial responsibility.

Seth Oiler, 21, First Street, Wellsville, was fined $350 for unauthorized plate and two counts of driving under suspension.

Kylie White, 32, Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for a school bus stop sign violation.

Amy Brogdon, 40, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Cyphert Stephen, 57, Kone Avenue, Sarasota, Florida, was fined $50 for no operator’s license.

Lawrence Nardinin, 59, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for failure to signal.

Lisa Drennan, 47, Dunn Street, Chester, West Virginia was fined $35 for speeding.

A charge of open container against Raleigh McIntosh, 49, Bentwood Road, New Waterford, was dismissed.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Seraphin Laws, 21, Pine Street, Leetonia, charged with assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, expired license, and speeding. The charge of assault stems from an incident where she allegedly pushed a woman to the ground, punched her in the face several times, and kicked her in the back on Oct. 14, 2025, in Center Township. The charge of unauthorized use stems from an incident where Laws allegedly drove another person’s vehicle without their knowledge or consent in East Liverpool on April 29.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Hunter Willis, 23, McCann Road, Salem, charged with public indecency for allegedly urinating at a gas pump in Perry Township on May 3.

A pretrial was set July 22 for Christopher Slasor, 54, Moore Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set July 22 for Matthew Ewing, 58, Waddell Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI.

A pretrial was set August 11 for Travis Neely, 33, Township Line Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI and assured clear distance ahead.

A pretrial was set July 15 for Bobbie McIntyre, 51, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension, and improper turn.

A pretrial was set July 20 for Travis Milliron, 40, Highland Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI and lighted lights required.
