LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Daniel F. Lattanzio, 31, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property for allegedly being in possession of a stolen 2011 silver Lincoln MKZ on June 3 in Lisbon. He was fined $50 for loud exhaust.

Cases against Patrick A. Lattanzio, 37, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, were bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanors of operating a vehicle impaired second offense and driving under suspension for allegedly concealing suspected drug paraphernalia in his hand during a traffic stop on June 4 in Lisbon.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set July 6 for Kelly Marlee Reed, 36, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony assault and misdemeanors of obstructing official business and left of center for allegedly failing to follow commands of police officers during a traffic stop on May 31 in East Liverpool and then allegedly kneeing an officer when they arrived at the jail and he was removing her seat belt.

A preliminary hearing was set June 17 for Elliott Emanuel Springston, 42, Charles Street, East Liverpool, charged with violation of a protection order, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly being at a residence where a protected person was also present on June 11 in East Liverpool.

A pretrial and status conference hearings were set June 22 for Romellow Marquice McKnight, 30, Youngstown, charged with aggravated menacing and three counts of violation of a protection order. He allegedly threatened a woman with physical harm on Sept. 15, 2025 in East Liverpool and then allegedly sent messages, some through social media, to a protected person on Oct. 28, 2025 and on Feb. 17 and April 3 this year in East Liverpool.

A pretrial was set Aug. 11 for Douglas S. Martin, 54, state Route 39, Salineville, charged with assault and menacing for allegedly approaching an Ohio Department of Transportation vehicle on state Route 39 in Washington Township, opening the driver’s side door while making threats and slamming the door on the driver on July 30, 2025. He had begun making threats on July 30, 2025 to the ODOT employee and then returned a second time the same day and escalated the threats.

Charges of domestic violence and endangering children against Miranda Marie Hull, 25, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, were dismissed due to competency findings and stipulations. Judge Danielle Menning found that Hull is not competent to stand trial and there is not a substantive probability that she will become competent, based on the competency evaluation by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio. According to a police affidavit, she was accused of leaving a young child unsupervised near a busy roadway while allegedly having a mental breakdown on May 5 in East Liverpool. There was also video footage of her allegedly grabbing the child by the shirt, throwing the child across the sidewalk and beating the child in a fit of rage due to an alleged mental breakdown.

A pretrial was set June 22 for Charles D. Green, 39, South Cross Street, Columbiana, charged with assault and aggravated menacing for allegedly head butting a woman in the forehead, then hit her in the behind multiple times on June 9 in Salem Township and also threatened her, saying he would kill her.

A pretrial was set June 22 for Trinity Ann Syvertsen, 24, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly charging toward a man with a knife in the parking lot of an apartment complex in East Liverpool on June 12, with police finding a butcher knife in the parking lot next to the victim’s vehicle.

A status conference hearing was set June 23 and a court trial was set June 30 for Clark Earl Geer, 52, Jackson Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly causing a woman to fall to the floor and twisting her head around on April 16 in East Liverpool.

An aggravated menacing charge against Gary Allen Shell, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed by the prosecution due to the alleged victim not being cooperative. A 9 mm gun was ordered returned to the defendant. Shell was accused of loading the gun and pointing it at another man on Sept. 12, 2025 in East Liverpool.

A court trial was set June 24 for Andrew Brian Davis, 42, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing and shoving a woman and slamming her head in a door on May 26 in Madison Township.

D’Andre D. Coleman, 37, Wright Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 21 days suspended and credit for nine days served, for domestic violence, with 20 hours community service ordered and no contact with the victim. On May 26 in Salem, Coleman sent threatening text messages to a woman, saying he would kill her when he sees her.

A pretrial was set Aug. 10 for Douglas A. Detchon, 46, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $100, then traveled to East Palestine on June 10 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

A pretrial was set Aug. 10 for Rachel Jodawn Snyder, 42, Cameron Road, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing items in the lobby of the East Liverpool Police Department causing a disturbance again after speaking with her earlier and dispatchers asking for police help after calling EMS for her on June 8 in East Liverpool.

A pretrial was set Aug. 12 for Heather A. Rice, 53, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a smoking pipe during a traffic stop on May 18 in Wellsville.

A pretrial was set Aug. 5 for Christian Xavier Wayt, 26, North 15th Street, Sebring, charged with operating a vehicle impaired second offense, OVI breath second offense and no seat belt.

Ricky Ray Clay, 33, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $875 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 165 days suspended, leaving 15 days to served in jail for merged OVI charges, with 20 hours community service. His license was suspended for two years.

A pretrial was set July 21 for Anthony Riddle, 38, Fifth Avenue, Steubenville, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly giving officer multiple false names during a traffic stop in Liverpool Township on May 31.

A pretrial was set Aug. 25 for Seth Talbott, 82, Leland Drive, East Liverpool, charged with obstructing official business, OVI and traffic control devices for allegedly refusing to exit his vehicle when ordered to do so during a traffic stop in East Liverpool on March 14.

A case against Wilbert E. Faulk, 67, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony violate temporary protection order and fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman in the face while there was a protection order in place on May 22 in East Liverpool.

Brian J. Spier, 35, Dairy Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and given a suspended 180-day jail term for domestic violence, with 20 hours community service ordered. Spier punched a juvenile victim in the face on Feb. 21 in Lisbon.

Nickolas Dalrymple, 33, 14th Street, Wellsville, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 120 days suspended and credit for two days served, leaving a balance of 58 days still to serve in jail for assault. A third-degree felony charge of strangulation was dismissed by the prosecution. On Sept. 2, 2025 in Wellsville, he was accused of grabbing a woman by the throat forcing her and the chair she was sitting in backwards, then struck her in the face with his hand and threw a door handle at her.

Richard A. Braham, 27, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 30 days served, for menacing amended from aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct amended from violation of a protection order. He was accused of threatening a man in a voicemail message on March 22 in Columbiana. He was fined $50 for failure to control.

A pretrial was set July 6 for Pete L. Gibson, 41, state Route 154, Rogers, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to shoot a protected person in the head on Millrock Road, New Waterford on May 17.

Grant Kelner Sandrock, 54, Youngstown, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, with 20 hours community service and an education course ordered. Sandrock responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $140, then traveled to East Palestine on Jan. 23 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

Mya Nicole Perry, 23, Youngstown, was fined $100 and given a suspended 180-day jail term for possessing criminal tools and soliciting, with 40 hours community service ordered. She was also ordered to complete a prostitution prevention course. Perry posted an ad on a known prostitution website offering sex for hire and arranging to meet an undercover agent for sexual activity in exchange for money, arriving on March 13 in East Palestine for the meeting.

A fugitive from justice charge against David M. Donaldson, 47, Toronto, was dismissed. Court documents said the state of Missouri had not produced a governor’s warrant for extradition for a charge of possession of controlled substance.

A pretrial was set June 10 for Deandre D. Coleman, 37, Alliance, charged with domestic violence for allegedly sending threatening text messages to a woman in Salem on May 26, saying he would kill her when he saw her.

A charge of theft against Donald R. Cross, 77, West 14th Street, Salem, was dismissed. Cross had been accused of failing to scan and pay for $93 worth of items at the Salem Walmart on Feb. 12.

Kirsten S. Mirabelli, 27, Bethel Park, Pa., was ordered to serve 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence, to be served at the same time as the prison term already being served. She punched another woman in the face during an argument July 22, 2024 in East Palestine.

Shawna Lewis, 40, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, for two counts of disorderly conduct amended from two counts domestic violence, with 25 hours community service ordered. She’s ordered to have no contact with the victim. Lewis struck a man in the face during a domestic on March 2 in New Waterford. On Dec. 19, 2025, she threw a plate at him that cut his leg in East Palestine.

Jennifer Lynne Rawson, 39, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 165 days suspended, leaving 15 days to serve in jail for two counts of endangering children, with 20 hours community service ordered. Rawson was accused of creating a risk to the health and safety of two children by not properly securing the door, waking up to find the two children missing on Aug. 23, 2025 in East Liverpool. Police found the two children naked near a wooded area 300 yards from the apartment.

Tyler J. Brown, 25, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business for running from a vehicle which crashed into a house on North Jefferson Street in Lisbon on Nov. 3, 2025 when a traffic stop was attempted.

A status conference hearing was set June 30 and a court trial was set July 14 for Nickolas P. Perez, 34, N. Beaver Street, Lisbon, charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct for allegedly going through a woman’s vehicle on Nov. 21, 2024 in Columbiana, breaking a crossbow arrow and items found outside of the vehicle. On April 2, 2025 in Lisbon, he punched another man in the face during a fight.

A status conference hearing was set June 15 for Joseph R. Adams, 48, Holliday Street, East Liverpool, charged with failure to comply, drug paraphernalia, no license, use of unauthorized plate, improper/expired registration and three counts driving under suspension. Adams allegedly fled from police trying to initiate a traffic stop in East Liverpool on his motorcycle and when he did come to a stop, allegedly possessed a burnt pipe with residue on April 3, 2025

A pretrial was set Aug. 10 for David L. Todd, 54. Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, charged with theft for allegedly stuffing two 10-packs of Fireball whiskey into his pants on June 1 at Discount Drug Mart in Lisbon.

Rosie J. Faulkner, 38, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was ordered serve to 45 days in jail, with credit for 16 days served, leaving a balance of 29 days to serve for obstructing official business amended from tampering with evidence and for violating the terms of her probation for 2023 cases of obstructing official business, a red light violation, operating a vehicle impaired and attempted. She was also fined $200 for the 2025 case of obstructing official business for an incident on April 13, 2025 in East Palestine.

Ryan Scott Weldon, 32, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, was fined $400 for reckless operation amended from operating a vehicle impaired, failure to control and use of unauthorized plate. Charges of driving under suspension were dismissed. His license was suspended for one year, with 30 hours community service ordered.

A status conference hearing was set June 17 and a jury trial was set June 25 for Ryan L. Pritt, 44, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated menacing, domestic violence and drug paraphernalia for allegedly threatening a man, saying he was going to kill him and his mother on May 26 in East Liverpool. On Dec. 28, 2024 during a traffic stop, he allegedly possessed a burnt glass pipe during a traffic stop in St. Clair Township.

A pretrial was set June 24 for Elliott Emanuel Springston, 42, Charles Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence and violation of a protection order for allegedly striking a woman who has a protection order against him on April 27 in East Liverpool. He was fined $300 and sentenced to two days in jail, with credit for two days served, for violation of a protection order for being near a woman who had a protection order against him on March 4 in East Liverpool.

Jason D. Mullins, 42, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 10 days suspended and credit for three days served, leaving a balance of 17 days to serve in jail for domestic violence, with 30 hours community service ordered. He was ordered to make restitution of $200 and to stay away from the victim. He punched the driver side window of a woman’s vehicle while she was driving and attempting to leave on April 4 in Salem.

A pretrial was set July 29 for Seraphim A. Laws, 24, Pine Street, Leetonia, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle for allegedly taking a Ford Van on June 9 without authorization of the owner on Pine Street, Leetonia.
