LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, William E. Vandyke II, 62, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $650 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control amended from OVI, with 20 hours community service ordered. A charge of invalid sticker was dismissed. His license was suspended for one year
Brandy D. Virden, 48, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $1,050 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, leaving 20 days still to serve in jail for two merged OVI charges and lighted lights required, with 40 hours community service ordered. Her license was suspended for two years.
Justin Lee Randolph, 32, Desellem Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,030 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended, leaving 20 days still to serve for two merged operating a vehicle impaired charges and marked lanes. His license was suspended for two years and he must complete 20 hours community service.
Sentencing was set Oct. 14 for Linda L. Beeler, 76, Slater Road, Salem, who pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle impaired and open container and was found guilty.
Nicholas Boyd, 23, Brush Road NE, Minerva, was fined $600 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI, with 20 hours community service ordered. Charges of OVI breath and left of center were dismissed. His license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.
Adam Harrington, 40, McGeehan Road, Lisbon, was fined $650 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for OVI and expired license. Another OVI charge and marked lanes were dismissed. His license was suspended for one year, with 20 hours community service ordered.
James John Conrad, 48, Montrose Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,810 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 175 days suspended, leaving five days still to serve in jail for OVI second offense, driving under suspension and reasonable control. He was ordered to complete 18 days electronically monitored house arrest and 40 hours community service. His license was suspended for two years with driving privileges granted.
Brooke E. Heath, 31, Memorial Road NE, Kensington, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 suspended and credit for one day served, with 25 hours community service, for criminal damaging. She was ordered to have no contact with the victims. Heath hit another woman's vehicle with her truck and a man tried to place himself between the two vehicles, with the man pinned and suffering a minor injury on March 30 in West Township.
A pretrial was set Oct. 26 for Ryan L. Pritt, 44, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft and criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing in an abandoned home in East Liverpool on July 15 and taking items which were found in the area of his vehicle
A status conference hearing was set Sept. 9 for Jeffrey Allen Jackson Jr., 31, last known address Sanford Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly stealing a chainsaw and selling it to a pawn shop in West Virginia on July 12, 2025. He was fined $100 for no license. Probation violation hearings were set Sept. 9 for two 2024 cases against Jackson for attempted possession of drugs and criminal damaging.
A pretrial was set Sept. 30 for Michael J. Roesti, 69, Lake Front Drive, Beloit, charged with violation of a protection order for allegedly stepping onto the driveway of a protected person on Aug. 18 while mowing grass.
Jaime Anne Rickerd, 39, Ravine Street, East Liverpool, was fined $350 and sentenced to 14 days in jail, with credit for 14 days already served, leaving no time to serve for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for an Aug. 10 incident. She also received credit for 14 days served for probation violations for theft cases in 2024 and 2025.
Shawn P. DeLauder, 46, last known address Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to jail for 30 days, with credit for 12 days served, leaving a balance of 17 days still to serve in jail for violating the terms of his probation for a 2025 case of falsification. A third-degree felony having weapons while under disability charge was dismissed, with a notation that he was already indicted for the weapons charge through the county grand jury. DeLauder allegedly possessed a firearm in Lisbon on May 31 when he was prohibited from having one due to a prior conviction.

Hernan, 24, Canfield, was fined $1,065 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, with $500 of the fine suspended, for operating a vehicle impaired. His license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.
Jennifer M. Maroun, 44, Alliance, was fined $565 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for physical control amended from OVI. His license was suspended for 180 days, with driving privileges granted.
Arthur R. Knox, 60, Monaca, Pa., was fined $1,100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 174 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, with $500 of the fine suspended for physical control amended from OVI and speeding. He still must serve three days in jail and complete 40 hours community service.
Grand Jury
LISBON -- A Lisbon man charged with multiple drug counts, including second-degree felonies for allegedly trafficking and possessing a large amount of methamphetamine, was served recently with an eight-count secret indictment.
Bryan Dilling, 54, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was charged by the Columbiana County Grand Jury with second-degree felonies of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felonies of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, two counts possession of heroin and two counts possession of a fentanyl-related compound. The charges involved two separate incidents.
On Nov. 28, 2025, he allegedly possessed methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl and xylazine. Then on Dec. 18, 2025, he allegedly possessed heroin, fentanyl and an amount of methamphetamine equal or greater than five times bulk but less than 50 times bulk.
Also served with secret indictments during a recent roundup of defendants were:

Cianni, 40, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, third-degree felonies of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felonies of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs for allegedly trafficking and possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 19, 2025 and possessing fentanyl, cocaine and xylazine on March 20, 2025.
-- Nikole E. Sears, 41, Faulk Avenue, East Liverpool, possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing cocaine on Oct. 26, 2025.
-- Isaac L. Lemasters, 56, Water Street, Salineville, third-degree felonies of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia for allegedly trafficking and possessing methamphetamine and possessing cocaine and drug paraphernalia on June 4, 2024.
-- Corey Yoho, 32, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, theft, a fifth-degree felony theft charge for allegedly stealing a woman's iPhone on April 23.
-- Erikka H. Wentzel, 36, Canton, third-degree felonies of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and trying to take drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility on Dec. 12, 2025.
-- Rachel Mazza, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, fourth-degree felonies of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound and fifth-degree felony possession of drugs for allegedly trafficking and possessing 5 to 10 grams of cocaine and possessing 1 to 5 grams if heroin and fentanyl and possessing xylazine on Oct. 4, 2025.
-- Lance M. Morris, 40, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing cocaine and drug paraphernalia on March 27.
-- Kristy Armstrong, 44, West Main Street, Washingtonville, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Feb. 20, 2024.
-- David Wesley Pugh, 80, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, third-degree felony having weapons while under disability and fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine for allegedly possessing cocaine and a weapon on Oct. 10, 2025 while prohibited from having a weapon due to a previous conviction.
-- Brian J. Fattler, 52, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on Dec. 7, 2025.

LISBON -- An East Liverpool man accused of having sexual contact with a child, starting when the child was 6 and continuing until the child was 15 years old, was sentenced to 36 months in prison.
Shawn M. McKinnon, 31, Minerva Street, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. Seven counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition and one count of fourth-degree felony gross sexual imposition will be dismissed.
McKinnon received credit for one day served.
According to the indictment, the eight third-degree felony counts stemmed from sexual contact with the child from Feb. 4, 2013 to Feb. 3, 2020, with the fourth-degree felony stemming from sexual contact beginning Feb. 4, 2020 to Oct. 31, 2022.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
-- Zanford Carpenter, 30, Bloomfield, N.M., pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, with sentencing set Nov. 16. Carpenter was accused of having sexual contact with a six-year-old child victim Jan. 24, 2025 to Jan. 26, 2025.
-- Daniel James Monte, 50, Independence Square, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony lesser included offense of the original charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, with sentencing set for Oct. 30. Monte was accused of acting as if he was going to strike another man and then stomping on his face during a fight in Wellsville on Oct. 14, 2025.
-- Michael I. Earich, 25, Globe Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve up to six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center after violating the terms of his probation for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, for attempting to harm a woman on Aug. 27, 2025.
-- Cody Jones, 36, Mill Street, Salineville, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents, a fourth-degree felony, for failing to pay support from Oct. 29, 2023 to Oct. 26, 2025, with sentencing set for Oct. 1.
