Municipal LISBON — A woman charged as a fugitive from justice waived extradition to Pennsylvania for a charge of felony attempted homicide. Kimberly Rexroad, 48 Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, East Liverpool was taken into custody during a traffic stop in East Liverpool on Friday. The incident in question apparently happened in May, according to documents from Allegheny County and Pitcairn Police Department.
