The caller advised that juveniles were seen looking into businesses from the front window. Paulin Sr., 47, Van Buren Drive, Salem, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony assault on a police officer and misdemeanors of domestic violence, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. Sheriff’s Office — A deputy at 10:10 p.m. Saturday assisted Ohio State Highway Patrol Post 15 with a reckless driver on Sprucevale Road heading towards Rogers, with the blue Chevy truck reportedly behind the deputy as he was clearing another call.
