The caller advised that someone had knocked on her door and was no longer there. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against William Ronald Payton, 21, Bouquet Street, Negley, was bound over to the county grand jury for assault, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly striking a corrections officer in the face multiple times while he was an inmate at the county jail in Lisbon on April 2. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Eric Jusdin White, 37, Youngstown, was bound over to the county grand jury for sexual battery, a third-degree felony, for allegedly touching a child inappropriately on April 12 in St. Clair Township. Terry Christopher Adkins, 40, Burford Street, East Liverpool, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served, for domestic violence. Sheriff’s Office — A deputy was dispatched at 7:30 p.m. Monday to St. Jacob Logtown Road, Salem Township for a report of breaking and entering. Two men left prior to the deputy arriving, driving a gray Nissan Tital XD with a trailer. The report said they entered a storage garage and sat in the caller’s car and were rummaging in the car, possibly looking for keys. The caller was able to take video of the two men and a report will be on file with pending charges. — A deputy returned a call at 6:09 p.m. Monday to a Middleton Township resident on Carlisle Road regarding menacing. ...

Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Reggie Scott Milton, 44, Rosetta, were bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony possession of drugs and misdemeanors of disorderly conduct and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly walking in the street yelling for help and talking to himself late at night on Nov. 5, 2025 in Hanover Township.
